Locked my wife and kids out of the store this afternoon (7/27/2023) due to a "tornado warning" which was not happening. It was raining out, thunderstorm warning yes, but no tornado warning. What type of place locks the doors and tells people to wait in their car even if there was a tornado? A few minutes later they unlocked the doors and let people in.

They could put some effort into the outside of the store. Litter all around the front with overflowing garbage receptacles. A bird's nest on top of one of their signs. They could give a better impression to the community.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Jason. I must express my disappointment with his poor customer service skills, consistently rude attitude, and what seemed like a lack of concern for my specific dietary needs.Every time I visit this store location, I am greeted by Jason's unfriendly demeanor. He never smiles and always seems to have an attitude. It's disheartening to encounter such negativity when all I'm looking for is a pleasant shopping experience. While the other employees at this store are helpful, courteous, and possess great customer service skills, Jason stands out as the only "bad apple."Customer service plays a vital role in the success of any retail establishment, and Jason falls short in this regard. His dismissive and unhelpful attitude towards customers is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the overall reputation of the store. A genuine willingness to assist customers and create a positive shopping experience is lacking in his interactions.In addition to his poor customer service, I encountered an incident where Jason incorrectly provided me with chicken tuskitos instead of the jalapeno tuskito I specifically requested. As a vegetarian, this was a significant inconvenience for me, and it left me questioning whether Jason did it purposely. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is essential for employees to pay attention to customer requests, especially when it comes to dietary preferences.On a more positive note, the other employees at this 7-Eleven store are a pleasure to interact with. They consistently provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist customers and ensure their needs are met. It is unfortunate that Jason's behavior and approach overshadow the efforts of the rest of the team.I sincerely hope that the management addresses the issues with Jason's customer service skills and attitude. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and receive the assistance they require. It is crucial for the management to provide appropriate training and guidance to ensure that all employees embody a welcoming and friendly attitude towards customers.Overall, my experience with Jason, the employee at this 7-Eleven location, was disappointing due to his poor customer service skills, consistently rude attitude, and the incident with the incorrect food item. I would recommend the management to address these issues promptly to enhance the overall shopping experience at this particular 7-Eleven store and ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized.

If I could give less than one star I would. One of the workers of asian orientation I believe his name is Jaosn is VERY rude and cut me off REPEATEDLY when I was asking for help he also ignored me when I originally called him and asked for help his coworker had to get his attention . I will never return to this store and he needs more training in customer service.

I’m a vender who frequently delivers here. On 4/6/2023 around 9am I arrived to make a delivery here. The overnight manager Margaret was very unprofessional and showed zero decorum. She had an issue she brought to my attention but because I couldn’t give her the resolution she hoped for without managers approval which I explained respectfully she began to yell at me and call me “******* stupid” in front of a another employee that was receiving my order and a small child and young lady over by the slurpee machines. I brought this to the store managers attention and she was unapologetic and avoided condemning the behavior so she must be condoning it. She proceeded to complain about other issues. I’m simply a frontline sales rep and shouldn’t be attacked verbally, and insulted while just trying to do my job REGARDLESS of any professional/business related discrepancies it should NEVER shift personal and Margaret should not still have her job acting in such a manner in front of the customers on the sales floor.

Terry and Kamran are extremely helpful and also patiently answered to all the questions I asked (as I am new here).Overall I would say these both are the best, helpful, friendly and more welcoming this makes me go to that store more often than other.

Never ever have and food ready no pizza no wings no mini tacos always have to wait for it I don't understand why it's not ready like every other 7 eleven I've been to but the workers are nice the only good thing about this location

Extremely rude staff and the "hot" food is never ready!!! The cold package salads are always brown! For as big as this one is you would think corporate would have it ran better!

Called for a mini stay puft funko pop and they hung up on me. They said hello and then hung up after I said what I wanted. Very rude.

I don't understand all the shade this place is getting. I have been coming here most mornings for almost 4 years now and have yet to be disappointed. It has everything a normal 7-Eleven would have but more, is often well stocked, store is usually very clean, and the staff have always been very kind and professional ESPECIALLY the woman whom I believe to be either part owner or the main store manager. I love this place, I am going to keep going to this place, and I am going to keep passing other 7-Eleven's to go to this specific one. The only fault of this store is the parking is rough but that's hardly the fault of the establishment.
