I stopped by this 7-Eleven today, Sunday morning, around 10 AM. There was no coffee available at all, which was already disappointing. Then, during checkout, the cashier—a Black female—didn’t want me to input my phone number for the 7-Eleven rewards program. When I entered it anyway, she cleared it and rang up my items without applying the rewards. I told her I wanted to use my rewards, entered my number again, and she pressed a bunch of buttons to clear it again. It feels like a scam to charge people higher prices, and she was also rude throughout the interaction. Avoid this location and visit another 7-Eleven instead.

Went in to get a hot dog, waited ten minutes but then I started watching the worker and realized he was portioning out pizza while his finger to grab the packaging and so I walked out lol. Gang shit

Had a very bad experience today with Jason , went in to purchase cold and flu medication, the black American lady at the counter tried to scan the medication and it requested for ID , I told her at least I didn’t look 14yrs because of my grey hair, I told her my ID was In the car and would go get it , before I could turn Jason came to my face and shouted , leave the store now , leave the store I said that , I never seen this kind of attitude before, I explained to him that I don’t know why he was talking to me like this , he stated I was disrespecting the cashier, I told him I haven’t said anything inappropriate to the young lady , I requested him to call the police so he can ask them to escort me out since I didn’t understand why he was so rude and disrespectful to me , by this time the manager who happened to be his mom , came by from the back and said am the manager, he questioned his son what was going on , and walked aside the store , when I requested the cooperate number they refused to give me , I went and picked my ID , came back and paid for the medication and I expressed to the Jason mom that I didn’t like the way I was treated, I took my medication and receipt and let very disappointed, this is a store in my community and this kind of behavior is unacceptable!!, nobody deserves to be treated like trash in a public place, I pay taxes in Troy , this behavior is uncalled for .

Locked my wife and kids out of the store this afternoon (7/27/2023) due to a "tornado warning" which was not happening. It was raining out, thunderstorm warning yes, but no tornado warning. What type of place locks the doors and tells people to wait in their car even if there was a tornado? A few minutes later they unlocked the doors and let people in.

They could put some effort into the outside of the store. Litter all around the front with overflowing garbage receptacles. A bird's nest on top of one of their signs. They could give a better impression to the community.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Jason. I must express my disappointment with his poor customer service skills, consistently rude attitude, and what seemed like a lack of concern for my specific dietary needs.Every time I visit this store location, I am greeted by Jason's unfriendly demeanor. He never smiles and always seems to have an attitude. It's disheartening to encounter such negativity when all I'm looking for is a pleasant shopping experience. While the other employees at this store are helpful, courteous, and possess great customer service skills, Jason stands out as the only "bad apple."Customer service plays a vital role in the success of any retail establishment, and Jason falls short in this regard. His dismissive and unhelpful attitude towards customers is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the overall reputation of the store. A genuine willingness to assist customers and create a positive shopping experience is lacking in his interactions.In addition to his poor customer service, I encountered an incident where Jason incorrectly provided me with chicken tuskitos instead of the jalapeno tuskito I specifically requested. As a vegetarian, this was a significant inconvenience for me, and it left me questioning whether Jason did it purposely. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is essential for employees to pay attention to customer requests, especially when it comes to dietary preferences.On a more positive note, the other employees at this 7-Eleven store are a pleasure to interact with. They consistently provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist customers and ensure their needs are met. It is unfortunate that Jason's behavior and approach overshadow the efforts of the rest of the team.I sincerely hope that the management addresses the issues with Jason's customer service skills and attitude. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and receive the assistance they require. It is crucial for the management to provide appropriate training and guidance to ensure that all employees embody a welcoming and friendly attitude towards customers.Overall, my experience with Jason, the employee at this 7-Eleven location, was disappointing due to his poor customer service skills, consistently rude attitude, and the incident with the incorrect food item. I would recommend the management to address these issues promptly to enhance the overall shopping experience at this particular 7-Eleven store and ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized.
