I've noticed being double charged on my credit card on my phone. Others at FedEx ground have as well. Last night I decided to use cash and the machine stole a dollar from me and didn't credit to my account. I've decided to limit amount I purchase to drinks only. I've got to start to not use your system at all or emergency only and only cash not card. Guess I'll start packing a lunch ?. Thanks but I don't want to be ripped off anymore. Cash only no trust system can't actually see ? with my own ? eyes get it. Zero trust

The product works ok but there are many issues and their tech department is frustratingly unaware of how to fix the issues other than reading off a tech sheet.The sales and customer service receive a negative -87 stars. They are rude and act like they're doing you a favor by taking your money.

Yes! I was thinking this might be a fraudulent charge but once I saw what they do I realized I did purchase a candy bar a drink from one of their convenient vending machines. Glad I didn't report! I love the convenience of their snack machines.

Fraud business. Charging me monthly small amounts since Oct, just caught it. Reported it to my bank and will be issued a refund. Report the fraud!

I am an Atlanta, GA resident. I visited Michigan in July. This place have been taking money from me since September 5, 2023. That means their machines are frauds and they take people card information. Do not go here.

I do use the vending machine but but noticing duplicates charges .... every day even when I don't use it .... this is why I'm looking at this and brought me to this website ,and notice I'm not the only one with this problem..... Just a heads up I'm no longer using this machine from work at least for a while and if I get charged again I'm locking my card and confirming this with HR or even security to check out the video....

Amazon uses this technology at their facility. Be cautious of these vending machines! Charged me $-6 , reported to fraud and changed my card. Will see if they continue to charge.

After the "Sale", you have to pull teeth to get ANY help installing & setting up their products. Definitely NOT WORTH the months of hassle and gobs of cash you spend. Choose a different route!!!!!!

We don't even know this 365 market and just found out all the charges way back to the last few months when suddenly a charge of $19+ showed on our bank acct that was used the same day me and my husband were inside the T-Mobile store waiting for an employee to assist us. How it happened? And the charges were almost every day to every week that accumulated to months. We don't use vending machine. Give us back our money!

This avenue c vending machine you have here at the challenge maplant in Kansas city MO. Just takes your money. You set up a cash account on your machine and as soon as you go t[ use it it sat account don't exists, but it takes your money first. What is going on
