Mike and his team helped so much in finding us a great rental in the area we wanted. They also streamlined the paperwork so it was a less painful process. The girls in the office were very kind and made sure we felt comfortable. Thanks so much for making our move go so smooth, we love it! Thanks Mike!

Please be careful with agent Sepehr Farididian. He showed my family a home that was already signed to someone else and tried to get us submit a fake application and pay him through a personal cashapp which upon calling company, found out is not something that was authorized, nor the correct amount they charge for applications. Nor the application they use either. Now this man has all personal information.Front desk was kind, and helpful but I can’t believe they employ someone like this.

Hands down the absolute worst management company I have ever rented through. Better pray nothing in the house breaks because it will take the incompetent people in the office months to get it taken care of. Zero courtesy with blatant lies. Avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE customer service, the agents are dishonest and will string you along into thinking they are accepting your offer then will change their mind after making you wait days. They do not care about anything but money and will do whatever it takes to make a dime. I would rate zero stars if I could

Multiple fire and safety violations. Home is not compliant with Harper Woods and State of Michigan Housing Department Guide lines. Multiple written work order request and online work order request submitted have all gone unanswered. Property has not been inspected since 2016.

This is the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with!!! I went to view a home, paid the $30 dollar fee and was told I would hear something within a couple days. I called 2 days later and the lady that set up my initial showing of the home no longer worked for the company. I then spoke with the manager Mike and was told “I have your application, I think you was approved but the owner want to put new windows in the home so it would push the move in date further back” I waited and contacted the company about a week and a half later to see if a decision was made on a tenant and was told at that time oh we can’t find your application and your credit check has not been ran.Mind you I paid the fee and sent all my personal documents to this company well over two weeks ago.. I received a call the next day from a secretary saying she found my application and did I want them to go ahead and run my credit..Horrible experience and I wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with this company.

Today I signed a lease with Vickie and I have to say she was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything to me but more importantly she was kind. I lost a family member this week and she took the time to send me an emailwishing me well. Such a nice lady!!!

Terrible experience. I gave them a non-refundable deposit only to find out later that I have to pay association dues and insure the landlord's property. I've never heard of a renter paying these fees. This is a totally deceptive practice and I would steer clear of this agency.

I WAS CHARGED WITOUT NOTIFICATION OF THE NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS $63 I TOLDTHE LADY MY ISSUE AND SHE CHRAGED ME ANYWAY. I CALED BACK TO SPEAK WITH ANOTHER WOMAN WHO LIED ABOUT THERE BE 7 PPL IN ACCOUNTING AND NO ONE WAS THERE FOR ME TO TALK TO AND DISPUTE THE ISSUE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO APOLOGY AT ALL. SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME THE ADDRESS TO COME IN AND TALK TO ANYONE BECAUSE SHE KNEW THEIR WAS NO ONE THERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ALSO STATED SHE DIDNT KNOW ANYONES SCHEDULE ACCOUNTING OR A MANAGER OR WHEN THEY WOULD RETURN THAT DAY OR ANY OTHER DAY.

They have horrible customer service, they are very biased, and it's not worth it, they took my money, after saying they would work with me and to put an application in and fees and once they got my money, they said they couldn't rent to us. They did this AFTER seeing we are African American. Don't waste your money, go to people who actually care about people able to maintain their bills during a pandemic. They want two years of steady income, in the middle of a crisis, when almost every american has been laid off, or having to find other means because of their jobs closing. They will take your money, and turn you down, and they went way up on their rent , go to a company that appreciate your money, and appreciate you are part of a few people who were able to take care of their family. I didn't even want to leave one star. And most of their expensive places are in bad neighborhoods, not even worth what they are asking for.
