I don’t have a storage unit, but I think it’s the least expensive place to exchange a propane tank in the area. Guy at the desk is friendly and always offers a free ice cream or bottle of water. Inexpensive tank exchange and a free ice cream? Can’t beat that! I sometimes wish it was open an hour later though, I never realize I’m out of propane till like 30 min after they close.

Well operated by staff but they will double your rate without warning and explanation. It seems like all you can do is pay it or move on. If you have a ton of stuff in your unit and it’s difficult to move on your own it feels a bit exploitive.

I would have given 5 stars if my unit hadn't gone from $65 to $145 instantly this month. I've been a long time customer and will be moving out ASAP. The facility is clean, employees are always kind of helpful. I can go elsewhere for less ??♀️

Renters can pull up and park inside to load & unload in this climate controlled facility. This makes year round use comfortable and convenient even on the worst weather days. Loaner carts are staged conveniently in the hallways on the first floor for renter’s use. Imacalately maintained and very professional and responsive management team on-site.
A small lobby retail store offers some moving supplies should you forget to bring something. Clean bathrooms.

So if you like being lied to, rent a unit here. I rented a unit in January of 2023 and was VERY specifically told by employees here that my rate was for “as long as I keep the unit”. Now it’s August of 2023 and I get an email today that my unit rate is being raised. Not just being raised, but has DOUBLED in price. This is totally the worst kind of lie and false marketing a company can tell. I HIGHLY recommended you go elsewhere. This place LIES!!

Ben and Craig are absolutely amazing! If I could give 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. They helped us when moving out of town and we’re very kind, flexible and always willing to go above and beyond. I cannot recommend enough to work with Ben, Craig and this facility. Great work everyone. We appreciate you!!

Very clean, well maintained facility with a great layout and setup. Covered parking, and several carts to bring stuff in and out.

Craig and Ben were so helpful with my storage needs. Very friendly, knowledgeable with great pricing. They provided me with a moving truck free of charge. Complimentary Ice cream and I even swapped out my propane tank for $13.49.
