The Middle-Eastern girl is an ABSOLUTE ***** and is clearly incapable of committing to any type of customer service job. What is the point of having an attitude and playing games with your customers? You already make more money than me, why are you so angry? Get her off the phone/desk and put her on janitorial duties in the store. I feel sorry for the people having to work with this girl. The blonde haired women I interacted with was polite and tried to be helpful, I appreciate that. If you are reading this I am sorry you have to work with a total *****. I hope you can find a fulfilling job with better people around you, because I have a hard time believing you are happy in that toxic environment.I drove over to the Walgreens pharmacy on telegraph x west and was treated politely like a human being. I will be sticking with that one, it is worth the extra 3 mile drive.

Terrible customer service, no one answers the phone, if you need your prescription refilled you better start trying about a week before you need it and you MIGHT get it before you run out.

While I was getting my prescription the pharmacist said it turn 6 PM and she wouldn’t help me anymore in the middle of our transaction. I was out of both medications and she told me to go to the next 24 hour pharmacy. The medications were a matter of life or death. Don’t ever go here if you care about your health! This should be against the law!

Dr called in my prescription to Walgreens in Trenton in West Rd. I receive a text that it is ready for pick up. I go to drive through and lady tells me she can’t give it to me because insurance hasn’t responded yet. I drive home. Next day get a text it is ready. This time I called first. They said insurance has not replied yet but pharmacist sees I had no deductible on this med so I can come and get it. I didn’t make it that day. Next morning went through drive through at Wal

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I try to get my medication there is a problem. I can hear the pharmacy managers talking about me when I go. They constantly screw up my insulin which is obviously very important and expensive. I've given them many chances but this is the worst most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to and after 15 times of messing up my medication I will never go back. I recommend nobody use this pharmacy.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 5+ years and over the years the service has only gotten worse. If you get a script called/faxed in and they are out of stock they will not let you know no call/text or anything. They will tell you right when you pick it up and instead of notifying you so you can call your doctor and get it figured out or instead of sending it to another Walgreens pharmacy they’ll leave you hanging. They are rude and don’t want to be bothered or have to do more then the bare minimum.

This Walgreens was AWESOME on my recent visit to get a flu shot. The process was super easy, and the pharmacy staff had me in and out in under 15 minutes. They have a great room off to the side that gives plenty of privacy if you are visiting for any of the quick clinic services. I appreciated the staff taking the time to walk me through any questions I had, and get me my flu shot and on my way. PLUS, they have a great "Give a Shot" program, that benefits those not privileged enough to have access to regular vaccines and immunizations. Will definitely revisit this location.

This Walgreens always has friendly staff and good sales. They are never out of stock on any product I need. I frequently use the pharmacy and I have noticed that the drive thru is much quicker than going into the store. One of the times I went through they even grabbed a product from the floor for me. My dog loves the pharmacy staff because they always give him a dog treat when we come through.
