“this was 1st time renting trailer. I rented a 5x8 trailer for camping gear for the weekend, was a lot cheaper than buying one. The employee at this location on old goddard rs in Lincoln Park was very helpful and very nice. this will be only place I rent any U Haul from. “Nothing much can improve as all necessary steps and procedures were flawless and easy! I happen to make a call in to the service center as I didn’t have the time or service to download and requests a reservation with the U-Haul app- However the gentleman name Tim gladly walked me through my needs and got me supplied with what I needed. A+ to Timmy, Joe, and Tony as Joe and Tony were there the next day to take back my trailer and were just very happy helpful and delightful to deal with. The store smelled great of fresh pizza, pepperoni rolls, and some other good looking food. I will definitely be using this facility again for all my rental needs. Thank you guys!!”

“I usually just go there to fuel up, and the fuel attendant ( sorry forgot his name ) is pretty cool, but yesterday I had to return the rental and pick my truck. The girl that help me was named Sarah, she had one of the most wonderful demeanor that I experienced in a long time. Actually she brightened up my day with upbeat personality.”
“Hello, Storage unit. The ladies here are very helpful and nice. They explained the units in size and took me to the small 5x5 I needed. I look saw and approved it was. I had to get my own insurance on the unit. It's a clean place. They also sale the good box tape, locks for your unit and boxes. Small units to big units. I am happy with them so far. ? Go check it out if your looking to rent a storage unit. Thank you ladies.”

“Our truck was picked up in Jasper, GA. Though it was the Jeep - Fest, the stag was extremely professional and kind. We dropped the truck in Allen Park, MI. That staff was just as professional and kind. I recommend Penske to all who have to relocate.”
“**During Covid** I made appointment online but unfortunately the date that you pick is not really official until you receive a text message and or email from U-Haul confirming the date. I learned that hard way for this location but still after that little hump in the road and having to reschedule I made it there as the new confirmed time and date. After that it was pretty much easy I dropped off my vehicle which they gave me an option to stay inside since there were really no one there or I could come back but I decided to just go for a walk and they said they will call me back once they were done. It took about an hour which they did quote me that and it was all set and done had to come back in to sign some papers. I was all set I'm very pleased with my trailer hitch which I will be using for transporting my bike; they made sure to put protection cover in my car while it was in use by them.”

I'm so glad I received this text message from U-Haul corporation regarding my dealings when renting a U-Haul trailer this past week. I didn't really get a chance to thank the people at the location but now that I have this ability to make comments I would like to say I am more than 100% happy, in fact to be honest I was expecting a very different experience, I thought it would be a slow process to go through the rental details but it was just the opposite I was in and out so fast and that made my moving experience that much better. They took the time to explain the contract to me and showed me the correct way to use the ramp that was attached to my five by nine trailer. Even when I brought the trailer back I was greeted in a professional and courteous manner. The message I'm writing right now about my experience might sound a little corny but I can't praise the salesperson any other way. I can tell you this much I'm planning another move sometime soon and will definitely go back to that same location where I believe that I am welcome and will be treated with courtesy and respect and I know that from previous experiences I will be getting a quality trailer rental at a very reasonable price.”
