“customer service in all aspects of the job was awesome!! i contacted my insurance usaa needing roadside assistance. a flat tire change at my home. sent a service request, contact was made with mac's towing, tamer was the tech who changed the tire. the complete job from request to tighting lugnuts & lowering the jack was completed within an hour. tamer did an excellent job.including safety information when driving on the small spare. not to exceed 50 mph & turn slowly. i very much highly recommend mac's towing.”

“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

“Prompt service! Reasonable on pricing!I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the driver. All of his outer clothing including his boots were ridiculously dirty. He even asked the other service person to get in amy BMW and steer it onto the ramp because he was too dirty:) seems like an easy fix to me. For a 5 star rating.”

“The driver was very friendly. I gave them 4 stars because Dispatch told me the driver would arrive in 20 minutes, I called back after 45 minutes of sitting on the side of I-94 and traffic whizzing by at 80+ miles an hour. The driver showed up 55 minutes later - And I was not offered a reduced price. My Time Is As Important As Anyone Else's. I think they should be honest with the PAYING PUBLIC, let's just say

“These men were so kind to have picked me up from my house ? took me to my truck to get the necessary paperwork, drove me to the police station ? to cover my son’s dues, then drove me to the gas ⛽️ station ? where I could withdraw money ? from the ATM ? and then back ? to get my truck. I appreciated that they walked me through the entire process of getting my truck back from start to finish and even explained the dangers of inhaling whip-its while driving and showed me cars ? that were completely totaled because of people driving under the influence as my son was doing. ? It was the most hospitality I’ve seen all week and I was in Florida, Hello somebody! Thank you for being a true gentleman. Much respect to you and your service. Open honesty is truly appreciated. Thanks again for helping me get back on the road.”
“Thank you to Deshawn. He came out late eve of Jan 22 to help us after returning to the airport and a blown tire. He went above and beyond to help this mom and her son during an ice storm. He was professional, friendly and was such a life saver. Great guy that represented the business in such an honorable way. Stranded in the dark, in an ice storm and was so appreciative of his kindness and getting us to a hotel safely while our car needed fixing the next day. He checked in the next day to make sure we had fixed the car and got home safe to Canada. Thank you DeShawn ...you were awesome!!!”
