They care about their customers and the excellence of service is outstanding.Now a word about the driver and his team he hired in Michigan, then again in Phoenix. John Brown! He's the MAN!! He kept in touch by phone calls and let us know the status of pick up and delivery. He and his team had us packed up and then unpacked and NOT ONE SINGLE THING WAS BROKEN!! They were extremely courteous and fast!! Also i would like to mention the pricing was very reasonable for the move(s) also. He understood my needs and reassured me that the facility is secure and monitored regularly unlike the old management that owned the facility that was Red Dot they were horrible. However now that storage of America has taken over I feel a lot better keeping my belongings at this location I was going to change until I spoke to Bill.”
