This place was great when it first opened. We were so happy to have a nice, clean space to use for our business supplies. They kept it clean and nice for quite a while. Since the new restaurant has moved in, the bathrooms always look like somebody filthy bathed all over the place. The carts are always loaded with food grease from the restaurant hauling used kitchen oil outside. We actually witnessed them doing it when we're there getting our supplies out of our unit. It stopped for a while but it has started again. We were there this weekend to load up on some of our supplies. And we had to cover a cart with plastic to actually move our stuff. The staff has always been really friendly and nice and we like this location. I hope things improve And things go back to the way they used to be when they first opened. Somebody needs to talk to the management of the restaurant from safe spot and get this resolved quickly. I would love to change my review But if things keep going on like this, more customers will probably be giving these kinds of reviews Or worse, moving their stuff to a new location.

Really nice & clean storage facility! The terms of the lease were really clear upon signing up & they even offered a 3 month promotion in the smaller units. Debbie & the other ladies are always kind too! I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice climate controlled unit, there is also an elevator and carts readily available for easy hauling etc.

I’ve been renting two units from Safe Spot Storage for over a year now and I’ve been quite pleased with their facility, prices, and level of service. Their building is well lit, clean, under video surveillance, and easy to maneuver around even the largest things around that you’d like to store. I also trust that my belongings will be safe. Which is the biggest reason I stay with them. I also like the fact that they repurposed the old bowling alley on West Rd in Trenton without building a new 3 story structure in the middle the city - which would have been an absolute eye sore. And in doing so, you wouldn’t even know the building is there because they’ve done a nice job tucking it away behind the storefront. Additionally, I was just in the office last week to clear up an issue with being charged a late fee on my account. But as it turned out, it was completely my fault! Nevertheless, the gal at the front desk helped me fix the issue and still reversed the charges! They have all your moving and storage needs from boxes, tape, dollies, U-Trucks, and even a conference room that is available to monthly customers. Great value. Great service. Conveniently located. I highly recommend.

This is an inside storage facility. I like it because I can go here no matter what the weather is. I can also work on things in my storage unit if I need to. Very clean, I've never seen any mice or any other critters. When I got my unit back in Feb every one of the staff personal were friendly, pleasant to work with, answered any and all of my questions, very professional. I usually don't need to go into the office but when I do the employees are very helpful and polite. I think it's a little expensive but it's closer to where I'm bringing my stuff from and it's always clean.

The staff here at Safe Spot Storage have been tremendously helpful. I had some hiccups with the movers who could not fit all my things in the unit I rented. They were able to arrange a 2nd unit on the fly and even helped set up transferring my 2 units to one larger unit.The staff are cheerful and positive. I felt at ease with having my belongings there. They have cameras and it's a temperature controlled environment. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Our camper loves Safe Spot! The parking spots are roomy without the fear of either hitting neighbor nor the neighbor hitting you! The safety with the locked gate and the lighting is remarkable. We feel safe when we are there late at night parking our camper. They leveled the gravel! We have been to other storage sites where the grooves/ holes in the foundation have been swallowing—NOT HERE AT SAFE SPOT— this place is not only reasonably priced but includes all the features I mentioned! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have an RV stored with Safe Spot, and we are very happy with the service. They always communicate with us if there is any updates or other things I need to know. Security is good, and very easy access. I would definitely recommend them.

I must say I have had this storage spot for over a year and they are pretty awesome! I can come and go whenever I need to add or remove stuff, and the five day grace period has saved me a few times from a late fee! I definitely recommend them!

Great storage facility. Very clean. Great hospitality & customer service. I was running late and the staff helped me set up over the phone and gave me info right away so I could utilize the unit. Detailed map and layout of building with lots of signs to assist in finding your direction. Overall: Great experience.
