What started off as a good move, has turned into a nightmare. During the process of the move, the team had to remove the doors of our fridge and also a stack off my smoker. When delivered, they put the doors back on wrong, and now the fridge isn't holding temp. The smoker is still taken apart as well. I have tried and tried for help, to no avail. The driver, Stefan, had me sign everything on an iPad and I mistakenly signed that I took the fridge apart. I had a fully paid move...not only do I not know how to take the doors off, I would have no reason to. This is upsetting, as I did the driver a favor and did not file a property damage claim when they damaged door frames, and instead accepted a cash offer through cashapp on 12/15 for $60 (less than the damage amount, as I was trying to "help" him out during the holidays since he told me his deductible was $250). Shame on me for trusting the driver to do the right thing, as he full well knows I did not take that apart. It is my fault for not following the process, however I believe it is unethical for the driver to have even asked about the side deal. I felt pressured into saying yes, and while I shouldn't have said yes, I also shouldn't have been put in that position. Now I feel double screwed that I not only didn't file the damage claim, but now I need to get a tech to work on the fridge. If you company makes you use Imlach, just be sure to read every last letter of every page you sign, as the drivers (and management) will do everything they can to absolve themselves of any responsibility.

We had a company long distance move about a year ago, the Packers and movers were pretty good for the most part, I didn't know I should've watched their every move, had several items of jewelry come up missing...they told me to call my insurance company...why should my insurance company have to pay for something that was stolen while your company was moving us, I will refuse to move with this company again. One thing I can't stand are thieves, please don't comment telling me to call you... because you didn't do anything for me then, why would you now...Thanks but no thanks! Do Better and hire more trustworthy workers and other extra hands

We are VERY PLEASED with our moving process. From the time I spoke with Durand Watkins, our moving agent from Imlach, on the phone he put my mind COMPLETELY at ease and just 'took control' my stress levels went from a 10 to a 1!! His follow up calls ensuring moving dates, prices, and all the info we needed were extremely helpful. The followup calls from Shauna and Keri were extremely thoughtful and showed the concern this company has for its customers and excellence of service!We used Imlach movers in 2009 when we moved from Michigan to Colorado in the dead of winter and snow storms, used them to come Back to Michigan in 2018 (Durand was our agent then also), and when we decided to move from Upper Michigan to Phoenix, during the heat of the hottest summer on record, the Imlach team got our belongings there safe and sound! THREE TIMES using them have been an excellent experience. They care about their customers and the excellence of service is outstanding.Now a word about the driver and his team he hired in Michigan, then again in Phoenix. John Brown! He's the MAN!! He kept in touch by phone calls and let us know the status of pick up and delivery. He and his team had us packed up and then unpacked and NOT ONE SINGLE THING WAS BROKEN!! They were extremely courteous and fast!! Also i would like to mention the pricing was very reasonable for the move(s) also. Very important..Thank you to everyone who made this move a smooth transition for us.Highly recommend Imlach Movers!God Bless you all!

This is our second successful move using the Imlach Group and we couldn’t be happier. Durand was professional and thorough and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Keri was patient and kind and also extremely supportive and helpful. The Imlach team are top notch and know the moving business. We speak from experience having been through over 15 moves in our lifetime to include an overseas move. Shoy and his crews on both ends were equally professional and experienced.Truly the best! The teams worked in a timely manner and were pleasant and respectful. All furniture was delivered without a scratch! My move with Imlach went smoothly and was definitely reliable and the crew was polite, courteous and HARD WORKING. All my belongings were moved with care and nothing was broken or damaged. From the first phone call to the final move I felt that everything was under control. I definitely would recommend Imlach for their professionalism and reliability.

Employees at both the load and unload end were great. The best you hope for is a smooth move without damage. We got that AND friendly and considerate people.And if they had a question on the placement of anything, they asked instead of guessing and moving on. Thanks Imlach Group.

We were able to have our questions answered ahead of time, during and afterwards by Imlach Relocation director Durand. He was ready to help however he could before pickup and after drop off. I didn’t realize he was with Imlach but thought it was Atlas. He was a pleasure to talk to and work with in every conversation. The moving crew wasn’t what I expected after talking with him. Imlach driver and movers showed up ready to go with Atlas written across the semi. I had to ask their names and see Imlach on their shirts to make sure I knew who’d be working with me. They seemed to do good work. They wrapped couches and dissembled what they could. Every item was numbered with a sticker and loaded into a computer. The delivery date changed due to weather by a day so the driver called. We were able to secure a rental home the day before delivery and have our stuff delivered there instead of storage. If you do not have something covered, it will likely have some sort of damage so pack well or make sure the movers pack well. They stack and cram every space tall and wide. The job got done but I’m sad to see more damages as I unpack. So good and not so good things in there.

My company contracted imlach to move me and my fiance to my new job site almost 2,000 miles away. I have nothing but great things to say about each part of the moving process. All the backend support/assistance I received from the company has been great. They were very helpful, understanding and responsive. The movers themselves were very professional and moved everything out quickly. I had never hired movers before but they made me feel very comfortable and I will certainly be hiring movers for my next move.

We had a wonderful experience moving with Imlach Group!Our movers Stefan & Kevin were very polite & helpful throughout the whole moving experience. They communicated with us on their arrival to each house , packed up our whole apartment, drove it a far distance without breaking anything. They brought boxes to the new house room locations & assembled furniture. They were diligent with time & tried to make an effort to be accommodating to us during the moving process ( such as packing various items at the end to accommodate our needs & comfortability with the moving process). Imlach checked in with us through each step to ensure the process was going according to plan.We cannot recommend them & this moving company enough! Thank you for all your help.

I was quite pleased with my dealings with Imlach right from when Durand came out to evaluate what I had up to when the four movers delivered the last load of furniture and boxes. I appreciated the fact that they brought runners to protect floors and carpet. They even stayed to help my son set up the light bridge and mirrors on my bedroom set. Job well done!
