Target opened in Rosville, Minnesota in, what I believe was,1962. They have seemingly kept the customer first when most retailers have unfortunately abandoned that concept. I rarely give a Google review to a retail outlet whether it is on-line or at a box store, but I believe it is time for me to recognize Target for their excellence! “The store was extremely busy today being a Saturday and the line was longer than I have ever seen! The cashiers were amazing! There were 3 registers open and I only waited in line for 10 minutes. The cashiers were very efficient and friendly. I was very impressed.”

Due to my hectic schedule today, I made the exception, and I'm glad I did.Quickly picked up my items and proceeded to check out. There was an issue with the register, but Jeanette was extremely patient in getting the issue resolved.There was a manager who came up to assist, and I appreciate it because he was extremely busy in the furniture department but also took his time to help me, and it was greatly appreciated. “The workers were friendly, bottle return was veryyyy busy but clean for the heavy traffic. I love the self-service for cash from bottles instead of waiting in line. I don't enjoy shopping in big stores and for long times, due to my legs hurting. In and done works great for me.”

“The store was clean and organized despite being under construction. Staff were present, professional, and helpful. This location has a good selection of big and tall items. I am usually able to find my husband's shirt size, which is not easy to do in most stores because he must have a tall.”
“Great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Skip the big box store and head to Flat Rock Hardware. You'll never have to wander from aisle to aisle looking for someone to help you. These guys assist you as soon as you walk in the door. A+++”
“Needed to make an exchange and service counter was a good experience to start. Returned with the item I wanted to exchange with original item. Explained to different employee I was having issues w card I made purchase w I'd like to put it on I gift card I had .36 cents remaining. She said that wasn't possible...went ahead a put the difference on the card for original transaction (I wasn't aware yet) I said well put on a different one? She said too late it's on the original card...???? Ummm thanks for asking first? But I was talking to her but actually she was busy talking to another employee & not paying attention to me lol...So there's that little bit of her not hearing me telling her I was having issues with the card I made the original purchase with. So now the difference she put back where I didn't want her too is in limbo until everything is fixed. But hey whatever right? Lol at least I got the exchange done & there's money there one of these days. No big deal.”

“So much nicer since the renovation. Staff and cashier's are always on point and friendly. My only complaint is the poles on the buggies that prevent them from leaving the store. If you have a lot of bags or bulky items like paper towel or toilet paper its a bit inconvenient.”

“I am a personal shopper that does a lot of shopping at this location. This is by far the best stocked and laid out Meijer in the downriver area.
I would also like to give a special shout out to the ladies that handle the rotisserie chicken and hot chicken lunches. The strips and potato wedges are absolutely awesome and the smell coming from that area is to die for! I mean so amazing! It pulled me over to the counter like a siren calling a lover. LOL! I was originally going for Sushi. Normally I would never put down sushi over chicken. I did today and don't regret it! Those preparing the chicken do a phenomenal job, what an amazing aroma , and excellent meal for $6.99! Better than any fast food in existence and that wonderful smell at the front of the store! Don't change a thing! I'll be back regularly for this chicken!”

“Early this am before work I looked online to see if they had the Pregmate 50 strip count pregnancy tests, and this store had "6 in stock". So I left a little early so I wasn't late to work (it's been a long pregnancy journey and these really give me peace of mind), I got there and there were none is stock... a very helpful young lady helped me first. She said they just got in today, but had to have someone else come by to assist. Either way, just 5 minutes later, a male employee brought me the Pregmate bag... I am SO thankful for the quick and early help when they're very busy this time of year. I truly wish I got the two employees names that helped me, but ever with something so small, this made my day and my Christmas. These employees work so hard with little recognition. Thank you!! “Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!”
“After encountering no mailing envelopes at a nearby Dollar Tree, I visited this Walmart Supercenter which was pleasant to see. Its location was tucked not far from Detroit Industrial Expressway out of sight; and its exterior design appeared like any other Walmart location. Maynard James Keenan (American singer) once quoted - "People have to follow their hearts, and if their hearts lead them to Wal-Mart, so be it."As an Illinoian who loves Big Ten college football, I loved the numerous Michigan Wolverine fan apparel stocked. If not for the unbearable prices, I would have likely purchased either a Michigan Wolverines or maybe even a Detroit Tigers t-shirt to take back with me to Chicago Illinois.Walmart ended up having the type of mailing envelopes I needed, plus more! I was shocked at the variety of bubble mailers stocked on shelf. Likely, I will make off-and-on trips to our Walmart in Chicago to purchase mailers since I am an avid shipper whether it be off of Poshmark or eBay.Another one of my purchases was a fleece since I had tossed my lightweight jacket during the Detroit Free Press Marathon. After seemingly an endless search through both the men's and women's sections I settled for a zip-up fleece jacket by George to wear on flight back to Chicago. Though I would have preferred black, it was the comfortable appearance that made it acceptable for me.Other than leaving this Walmart with a new desire to visit for mailing envelopes, I left in realization that even with self-checkout it does not help the checkout experience go faster because those machines are just not reliable. “This is my place the staff is helpful and this is where I'm able to get my feed and everything I need. I also want to say my basement flooded and I would have never thought of TSC as the go to place for that. Thankfully I was there picking up a regular order and staff was able to show me that they do have pumps and different equipment you would expect to see at a hardware store so if you are shopping around for certain hardware check them out. Tires as well”
