Rude, arrogant, and horrible customer service. Even after speaking with the business that issued the check the branch manager and CSR at the counter REFUSED to cash a check drawn from an account with their banking institution. Now looking for a new bank to do my business banking with.

I'm getting tired of this bank changing the day I get paid. Some weeks I get paid Wednesday n some on Thursdays. Like plz pick one day n stick with it.
