the slurpie machines are always out of order and the entire area surrounding the machines is extremely dirty, sticky and smells SOO bad. you can tell that they mop with a dirty mop & water.
there are never any lids & straws either. and there’s only ever one person at the register with a line of 10 people waiting.

Whoever the young woman and man working at 1030pm 07/03/2024. The rudest and worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I left holding back tears and having a panic attack. So embarrassed. Nobody like that should ever work with the public. Corporate is being contacted.

Bathrooms were dirty, smelled like urine in the hallway to the bathrooms. The gas pumps were extremely slow.

It’s 100 degrees outside and you have a single self check out for a line out the door of customer. Absolutely not going back and I pass this gas station every day to go anywhere else

What happened to your store? When it first opened it was well run and clean. Now it’s dirty, never seems to be any one working and you have 8 frozen drink machines and not one works? Try cleaning your fountain machines as well, they are always sticky and pop all over.

Powdered donuts tasted like they’d been sitting at the Chernobyl power plant. The plastic cup they came in smelled like radiation. Bathrooms looked like someone had a Hershey squirt explosion in multiple stalls. The toilet paper rolls were just sitting on the floor. Every other gas pump was out of order. Just like a Fart at an old age, don’t trust it. Go somewhere/anywhere else!

Slushy machines are always down and they have 8 of them but none work. Pitiful!UpdateReturned weeks later and coffe machines and slushie machines are broke now .... wow!Staff is rude and can't do a task as simple as getting smokes for a customer or say thank you.

The person who is working on shift was talking and bragging about how she got laid last night and what he did to her then I went into the bathroom I spent over 10 minutes cleaning it.... I came out and asked her .... when was the last time you were in the bathroom? She replied why... really !!!! Why ok clueless.... on stall the door is ripped off... he other had fecalmatter all over and urine was all over the floor.. toilet paper was every where. I said to her try to stay off your phone and actually do your job.. she said EXCUSE ME!!!!!. YES EXCUSE YOU AND FROM YOUR JOB. SHE NEVER CHECKED IT OUT

The soda machines have been out of order for over a month. The coffee area machines have multiple different products offered, but nothing but water comes out. Opening the machine to take a look and the machine is not filled or the cartridge is not loaded. I've never got anything out of the iced/cold coffee machine, and I've tried at least on 5 or 6 different occasions. You are better off stopping somewhere else.
