Today I was a patient at Beaumont Trenton and unfortunately it was still a completely traumatizing experience. I went for a blood transfusion. I went through triage the staff was great. I then moved to a room in the e.r across from the nurses station at 11:44 then when I hadn't met a nurse and it was 12:44 I called and the nurse came in saying my blood was busy being cross matched and would be a while next time I saw the nurse was when she started the transfusion next time I saw her was when I called because the infusion was over. unfortunately the e.r was not too busy it was steady but I listened and watched 2 nurse mine included sit behind the desk and talk about health insurance for 3 hours they didn't get up they didn't help anyone when approached by family members they were told that that patient was neither of theirs so sorry they couldn't help them. then I heard them lie and tell the dr that they had checked on a patient when he complained he had yet to see a nurse and he was telling the truth. Do better Beaumont!! I'm very dissatisfied this used to be an amazing hospital with educated staff and unfortunately now u just have some undereducated drug dealers with a license. Not caring about the patient or their ailments too busy being rude and uncaring, the way I heard the smart mouth techs talking to patients what happened to respecting others.

NEVER EVER GO HERE!! You will be mistreated, the nurses totally ignore you . And instead sit on their lazy asses, gossiping about their patients being too much of a hassle. Then get a different job! Maybe they should be scrubbing kitchen ware and toilets.

I will refuse to go to this place even if I am having a heart attack. This place is a shit-hole. Mri is broke, you schedule an appt and the appt all of a sudden is not there on the day and time you show up. You have an open fracture and have to hold your own bones together for hours before they splint it and then have to wait 2 days for "emergency" surgery. What a joke of a hospital!!! Go elsewhere.

Sat in the waiting room in the ER last night waiting for an update on my grandma for hours. My dad asked as soon as he arrived for an update, a nurse said she would check NEVER came back, could see her eating lunch, laughing, eating ice cream though the doors. Finally, after about 2 hours my dad went back and asked again, they said "oh we were looking for her family and couldn't find them." WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE ER WAITING ROOM. My grandma is in the back having a meltdown, can't speak, is being restrained and the nurses are in there laughing, having a great time, sitting around eating ice cream. Why is my dad restraining her with one other nurse? Where's the compassion for the people struggling? There was ONE nurse who went above and beyond trying to help us and was being compassionate, she is a true hero. This hospital needs to coach their ER midnight staff on how to act and be respectful to families. I get you get used to the trauma you see in the ER everyday, but maybe think about the patients who are struggling.

Friendly and helpful staff! I usually call ahead and told it will be ready in about an hour. It's always ready when I get there even when I am early! I've been using them once a month for over five years.

My dad was taken by ambulance to this hospital. While in the ICU he did not receive the proper care he needed at all. Couldn't get a nurse in his room for 4 hours to change him because they was so short staffed. Yet when my sister went out to the desk to ask for a nurse again there was 8 nurse's at the desk and one of them was getting a massage from another nurse. But they was too short staffed and didn't have time to change my dad for 4 hours though.

I checked myself in and they thought they had the right to keep me, ha no I know my patient rights I've been in health care before. This place is probably the worst hospital/ healthcare service I've ever been through. It took them hours to get anyone in my room so I requested to leave I'm not gonna wait 4 hours while the guy next to me is getting visited by every doctor in the whole hospital.

Horrible place, my mom has early stage Dimentia, she wondered off from my home and a neighbor called the police. They ended up taking her to the hospital and I was informed she was voting to Beaumont Trenton and I could meet her there. I needed to bring her medications and purse and cell phone there so I did. I was treated like a criminal. Apparently my mom made up terrible lies about me that she told them. One horrible ugly nurse who looked like a witch told me she was going to have me escorted out by security for no reason, I left on my own and told her my mom was hallucinating. The next day I called about my mom, I was told she wasn't there and I couldn't find out anything about her. And she was there!! My sister couldn't get any info on her either. We called my moms cell too but she wouldnt answer. Finally a week later my sister got a hold of my mom, she kept calling my moms cell. My mom is in a nursing home. The hospital should not have been able to do this, I think they should be charged with something for this, this cannot be legal.

My wife and I were admitted to this hospital for the birth of our first child. The labor and delivery division was a derailed train from the start. Induction was scheduled for 8am on a Wednesday. At 7 am we get a call telling us not to come in until 4 pm due to short staff. They admit us at 3 a whole hour early. My wife sat there with an IV for 10 hours before they started the induction. The first nurse rarely came into the room and when she did was uninformative. The 2nd shift nurse was extreme wonderful and have nothing but praise for her. The hospital claimed to be short staffed and were unable to preform the induction without proper staffing. That's understandable except for the fact we were scheduled weeks before. If they were unable to preform their duties properly they should have never admitted us. We were discharged at 3pm on Friday and were pretty much on our own before they pushed us out with no information on a follow up or or any direction other than a benefits rep to tell us how much we owe. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone for any procedure based on our treatment in labor a delivery. Their lack of character, professionalism and pride in in their field of health care workers is comical. I would have been better off delivering the baby on my own. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Took my BF into the ER with breathing issues, found out he was in AFIB. Moved him to the 3rd floor where all I can say is the nursing staff was FABULOUS and very helpful. The Doctors on the other hand were awful. One doctor came in and interrupted the Cardiac Assistant who was giving great information and all he wanted was my BF to become his patient for a sleep study (Never gonna happen). Another doctor came in and had no idea why he was called to look at my BF, but proceeded to do a quick exam ($$$). At NO TIME did a Cardiologist even show up but they had control of check out. At one time he was told he was being released, then 1 minute later a nurse popped her head in and said cancel that. For some unknown reason they thought he was getting a pacemaker. Finally one nurse came on and took charge of the whole situation and started texting and calling doctors to get them all on the same page (they don't talk to each other) and he was released later that day. Believe me NONE of those doctors will get a follow-up visit. Nursing staff gets 5 stars, doctors get 1 and that is generous.

Never, have I EVER, been so mistreated walking into a hospital. I will be filing a very serious complaint all the way to the CEO of the hospital, so I won't go into much detail here until I receive a response, but I will say that I would never take someone that you truly care about, to this hospital.

Stay away from this hospital. The patient care and diagnosis was mismanaged from start to finish. Care was subpar and surgery had to be repeated.
