Bought oil there, came back 2 hours later to bring back the old oil, Jarret said they wouldn't accept it, he had a smirk on his face like it was funny, I'll never buy anything from there again, poor customer service. Went to O'Reilly's in woodhaven, took the oil no problem from now on I'll go there.

They are very good! The guy checked my battery for me, and it was very cold outside. It showed that it was bad. So I got a new one and he put it in for me. It all happened in 15min. and I was on my way. The suv has run like a Champ ever since.

I want to thank John Clagg at the location for his fast response to helping us replace a battery and wipers when the temperature was 7 degrees and a windchill was -10. He saved the day and I cannot thank him enough.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly! Whenever I need anything car related, this is where I go. On the rare chance they don't have something available in store, they'll help me find wherever it is. Even if it's not another AutoZone. Highly recommend this location for all your auto needs!!

Never before have I felt my sex impacted me until the day I went in here.I indicated right away what I needed. And right away was questioned on how do I know. And who looked at me car.Frankly, does it matter who looked at my car or how I know. I needed parts, and your stuff chose to question me on everything. In addition, I got grunts of annoyance because I didn't know exactly what fuse # my relays came from. I brought in my parts.I also indicated, I could easily point them out on a chart if supplied with one.Then, instead of helping me locate the parts I needed, they sent me off to do my own research on the internet.Thank you for telling me I'm a woman with out telling me I'm a woman.In 44 years, I've never felt my sex got in the way until I walked into your store.Won't be back, I'll find REAL help.

Went in to have my battery tested, Mel helped another employee test my battery and when I was told I may want to replace it, I asked if I could get some assistance with installation and Mel said he could help so I decided I would replace my battery, the customer service Mel provided was above my expectations. Thank you so much for all you have done. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
