Really nice furniture. We bought a vanity and stone sink and it's very nice. We had some questions upon delivery and they were quick to respond and addressed our questions fairly. Some information was lacking on vanities with since basins that should have been provided. An eight inch some basin can't be installed on a regular height variety yet they sell these as a bundle. I cut the base off and it works, but that should have been flagged by them before shipping or the sale.

Update, they canceled my order altogether because I left a negative review. Their furniture is made in china, they will skirt around the issue…it took 3 emails to get the truth. Also we paid for nice expensive chairs and were told the lead time is 12 weeks….now that is pushed to 16 weeks. They probably make some furniture in the states but overall website experience is definitely misleading of where their stuff comes from. I originally posted a 2 star review on their website. Reduced this to one star because they never posted my review on their own website.

We have driven past this place many a time and we would both say "we need to stop in and look," FINALLY today we did a turn-a-round and came in. It was well worth our time!
This place has three buildings to visit and yes-the ice cream place is one of them. The building behind the ice cream place has more contemporary style furniture, ceiling lighting, and wall art. They have a sample swatch rack for rug selection. I loved the framed white horse art that was displayed in this building right as you enter.
The main building is huge! I LOVED just about everything in there and took lots of photos so you can really get a feel for this store, so take time to look through the photos.
They have ramps instead of stairs to go to the lower level. The bathrooms are super nice and they are down a small hall.
The people are very nice in here. The employees in both furniture buildings greeted us and had a short conversation with us.
There is a playground outside for kids.

We ordered a custom table from Woodland Creek. The table arrived when expected and was delivered exactly when scheduled. Excellent experience!

Horrible experience. Customer service is unresponsiveand rude. Lead times are incredibly long. Shipping options are ridiculous (unload yourself, drop at curb, drop at door). 5-10% cancellation charge even if furniture is not in production AND charged on the total (shipping & tax). Would definitely look elsewhere.

I can't say enough about Woodland Creek Furniture. The showrooms are beautiful, and they display a wide variety of styles. Customer service is top of mind. Gina, in particular, was patient and attentive and helped me choose the perfect sofa for my small room. I took delivery of the piece a few weeks ago, and it's even better than I imagined!

Reasons to buy from this company You like to be demeaned by "customer"service" You don't like receiving what you pay for You like subpar quality You like to have a company tell you that the product does not meet their standards, yet they will not correct the issue. I guess this also covers why you shouldn't buy from them, so I will omit that part.

We stop in to look around every time we are in town with the family. They have a lot of great stuff and it's fun to look. This time my daughters each got a couple of small things as gifts for Christmas but usually we just look. In general the furniture is pretty over-priced even for Traverse City.

This compliant is about how the product is delivered I Ordered 6 leather chairs. When I called, I was told by the customer service mgr. who took my order that I qualified for free shipping. When the items arrived by Fed Ex and not a freight truck the driver dropped a 5-foot x 5-foot x 3-foot wooden crate at the entrance to my house and walked away without having inspected them or getting a signature. So, what you need to know when ordering from this company is you are responsible for using a crowbar and hammer to open the create and then disposing it. The hauling the furniture in and if there's a problem well, I don't know how they would handle it but given my experience I can't say I feel confident. After explaining that I never had furniture delivered where they would just leave a crate and you couldn't inspect the merchandise. In fact, the customer service mgr. said: " Per our shipping manager, FedEx actually performed a threshold delivery for you. You chose our free shipping option and would've been responsible for unloading the furniture. Instead, the driver unloaded for you." I guess he wanted a 73-year-old to jump up on the Fed EX truck and unload it? And did they think Fed ex would allow that?

My family and I were treated with respect and hospitality from the moment we entered the store.Staff were very helpful in suggesting things that we order and were very good about keeping us informed as to our order details.The delivery guys were great and didn’t damage anything in the process. I am very happy with Woodland creek Furniture and would recommend them to anyone.
