how about you hold off pulling my credit when you said you would not pull it unless I bought from you. Then I asked you to fix it and take the report off but you basically said screw you.

I had purchased my Lexus from the dealership and it was truly an amazing experience. They gave my husband and I a great deal on the car. The salesman that helped was so helpful on finding what warranties we needed and which we didn't. That helped us save so much money when we kept getting nails in the tires from all the construction around. 12/10 experience! Thank you!!

My husband just bought a 2015 White Chevy Suburban last Wednesday 1/31/24 @ Williams Chevrolet, Traverse City, Michigan. We have waited forever! We traded in and put down $$. FIVE, YES FIVE miles out of the parking lot the engine light came on! We called immediately the same night! The soonest they would see us was this Tuesday. We were told it's the catalytic converter! 3k repair! We called a person we trusted and they seemed to find this sudden need of service "fishy". Our options are: repair it, with no help from them OR we could get something of equal value, and of course nothing on the lot. Since this time no one has called to check in or advise any updates or is anyone showing concern! CRICKETS! Of course the customer service was there when they wanted to sell to you, but they don't value their customers once they have sold you! STAY AWAY! Value your hard dollar and find a different dealership. They are out there!

Bought a 2019 Honda from here. Great price, little hassle. Has been my go to spot for buying Hondas. Staff is friendly, although mayyyybe a little socially awkward but aren't we all? I wouldn't hesitate to come here for my Honda needs!

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I have bought 3 vehicles from them and other than having to wait around for hours I didn't have any issues. Recently I wanted to trade in for a different one, keep in mind I live an hour or so away. I picked out and test drove it and it was fine, then I waited for the finance department, it was getting late so they said they would get back with me in the morning. Next day they text me saying they got me financing, I asked what my interest rate and payment would be and he would not give me that information and kept giving me the runaround. I made an appointment and when I got there I had to wait for at least an hour or so before I was able to speak to the finance department. When I finally did my payment was going to be a lot more than what I told them I wanted to pay. They do not care about their customers. This all could have been avoided. I wouldn't have had to make the hour trip over there and back if they would have just told me the information I wanted over the phone. So ended up wasting my time, money and gas for nothing. I will never do business with them again. There are lots of car dealerships out there that work with financing from the same lenders do yourself a favor and visit someone else.

I have been buying vehicles from Williams for years and unfortunately do not feel comfortable doing business with them as things sit moving forward. I sat down with them yesterday and was given a number for a lease and I called about it the next day and the same vehicle was $100 more per month. No promotions changed, just their word changed. This is a poor way to do business especially with a loyal customer. I would love for this to be made right, but trust is hard to regain.

Was looking for a vehicle and noticed one on line so I decided to go look at it. The employee who showed it to me, even after I said I wanted to purchase it, bought out from underneath of me. High unprofessional.

Nice to see that this company hasn't changed in all the years. Tried to purchase a new Honda Accord in 2006 and the salesman was so disrespectful to my wife as he always talked to ME and not HER on the car SHE was buying and questioning. But that's ok. We saved over $1700.00 with Fox Motors in GR for the exact same car since they didn't want deal in any way shape or form. Now today we were trying to find an auto that fits our needs for literally 3 weeks since our other was totaled by a deer accident. Finally found one here (which my wife from the first incident didn't want to deal with them) and contacted a sales person stating we want it. With both of us a work since we have jobs, I said we could come up Monday, as we are 80 miles away, and pick it up with cash in hand and might have to use other means as card or credit app for the $4000 difference which was no big deal. So the sales person was trying to push it and I told him I can put $500 down to hold upon which he said they don't hold vehicles with money down. First dealership I ever dealt with that wouldn't cater to the customer and lost that auto since it sold and now have to keep looking for another auto for my handicapped mother that works for her since it was her Acadia that totalled and she's on social security so her options are limited. So thanks Williams for staying with your same business ethics you always had!!

False advertising!!!! They listed a 2020 Chevy Trax with 8,000 miles on there website for $13,422 (No haggle price). Confirmed the price via phone call and set up appointment to test drive. Upon arrival they could not locate the car AND I was told the price was incorrect and actually $22,000+

Buyer beware! We had had a few other dealings with Williams years ago that weren't great, and had stayed away. However, they had a truck that we were looking for, so decided to give them another chance. We were happy with the sales guy we dealt with, loved the truck, but decided to wait a few days to discuss. We called to discuss price, and talked with a manager who negotiated a fair price with us. We asked what we had to do to hold the truck (assuming we should put some money down), he said "nothing, I'll go put a sold sign on it and you can come up in the morning and complete the sale". Not five minutes later we got a call from our sales guy stating that someone else was coming to look at the truck in the morning, and we were now 2nd in line. We explained that we had closed the deal, and were coming to finalize in the morning. We were told that we had to wait and that they would let us know by 10:30 the next morning. We never heard from them again. No one even called to apologize. Way to go Williams - what an awful way to do business. You've now lost our business forever, and we work and live in the area and will go out of our way to steer people away from you.

This has been my third experience purchasing from Williams and having the pleasure of working with Phil and Casey. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help us find what we are looking for as well as make sure we get the best value and protection. My credit is not that great but with their knowledge and support I drove home the perfect car for me. Thank you!
