“These guys were simply wonderful. I was t-boned in my father-in-law’s Prius by a truck on my way to Traverse City from northern Wisconsin. The Toyota dealership sent me here as they could not help me. These guys used a sledgehammer to make the car drivable while I waited. They were so quick, obliging, and friendly. They offered me coffee and didn’t even charge me. Excellent service in addition to true midwestern kindness and charm. Very impressed!”

“edit: WOW!! okay, first of all, i am impressed that if there is a problem, the managers are on it. they will call you personally to get it resolved if there is an issue. now THATS how you run a business. the guy i had dealt with was new and still in training, i am not upset with him at all, he was doing the best he could with what he knew. mistakes were made and now resolved. bless this shop for calling me personally to resolve this.

paid $95 for a diagnosis on my check engine code which i never asked for. i had explicitly told them just to run the code, as my receipt even states. website has “check engine code” under their always free tab so, yeah, i was a little more than surprised when i got my bill.”
