Went to West Marine for the first time yesterday to exchange a Christmas gift. The store manager, Wes was very friendly & helpful. He gave us the same sale price for a different jacket which was more expensive than the one I received as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised & will be returning to West Marine in TC.

I feel that an establishment such as this, with a unique target market, would have associates that were a little bit more knowledgeable.
