Ward Eaton ************** provided our family excellent service when we were stranded in a pretty remote area with poor cell phone service. We called every towing company in the area and beyond and majority of them were not willing to take the job. Ward Eaton answered right away and gave us a time frame and estimated price right away. We were very blessed to have **** as the tow truck driver. **** was much faster than he quoted us. He went above and beyond anything we expected. He was able to take our whole family with our vehicle. He is very professional and kind. He saved us from another cold night of uncertainty, stuck on the side of a highway. I cannot say enough great things about the quality, speed and accuracy of the towing service. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, ****! I forgot the drivers name, but was a super nice guy, extremely helpful and ended up saving me a couple bucks.

My experience started good- before the sale was made. I was looking at a used vehicle and the check engine light was on. They agreed to take care of the issue before purchase. I felt good about that. I went back to purchase light was off- all seemed good. I bought the car- drove away- the light turned back on (it was a friday)- I reached out immediately and asked if I could bring the car back to have them take care of the issue. "Of course, no problem- bring it in Monday"Guess what happened when I called the following week?Left HIGH AND DRY. Bummer. "Not our problem"- and I know it technically isn't. But why would you tell me to bring the car back? why did you lead me to believe you would help me take care of the unresolved issue? Not Nice!I was happy to support a small local business, but the whole thing left a bad taste. Even worse- before buying I was told they replaced coils and plugs (I was so grateful!) they didn't actually do that. Very weird. Very sketchy.I hate to write a bad review- but do your research. Don't just trust. Ward Eaton, I'm so bummed by this- wish they would have been more honesty in this interaction :(

Not a good place at all bought a truck that was just shy of 3 grand didn't even drive it sixty miles rearend went out of it not a very honest company at all

I'd give zero stars if possible. They admitted to damages during tow then refused to return calls to get it handled. went to the office where it looked like the movie wrong turn. Dirtbags w kids laying all over On dirty floors. service is garbage like the people running this disaster.

We had our vehicle towed twice while in town for vacation. They were very easy to work with and took care of our van and mechanic business for us, we never had to leave our hotel. Lucky we found them!
