Terrible Service at the pharmacy. My fiance had a script for antibiotics called in. They called and left an automated message saying it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, "Chris" the pharmacy tech was so Argumentative because "It had been 11 days, so they reshelved it". Which is weird, since my fiance only went to the doctor 4 days prior. Not sure how they got her script 7 days before she went to the doctor, and then reshelved it the day they called and said "It's ready for pickup", but even after all that, "Chris the pharmacy tech" decided that "We'll just have to agree to disagree". If you can't do simple math, then you probably shouldn't be counting controlled substances.

The Rite Aid at Chums closed & we got moved to Walgreens Chums corners pharmacy . .I never write reviews but the pharmacy is such a contrast to 30 years with Rite Aid .Totally unprofessional ! .employees seem to not know or CARE about your prescriptions or you .I moved back to Rite Aid at East Front in Traverse City .It is 3 miles farther away but professional prompt service by pharmacy staff & a friendly environment overall .I am sad that most of Rite Aids closed up here! Because they are a far better store & pharmacy ! And Paul our pharmacist moved there so .Win Win !

The woman at the drive thru was impatient, rude and very short with me. I didn't understand what numbers she was asking for off of my medical card, she slammed something on the counter (i was in my car so i couldn't see if it was something or just her hands) and just walked away from the window. The man that was near her took over. I told him to cancel my script that I would get it elsewhere.I had to call the docs office to have them send it to another pharmacy. When i get to the new location they told me it had been filled at Walgreens.Not only was the woman rude and having a tantrum but they went ahead and filled it even after i canceled and probably knowing that my insurance wouldn't pay for it elsewhere. I had to pay out of pocket.

HUGE shout out to Michael! I rarely shop at walgreens, but Michael provides stellar customer service. My most recent visit required a passport photo and he was extremely thorough and friendly. He is a bright spot at this location!

So apparently they don't know how to rotate hours for the pharmacy. So that it's not shut down for a lunch. What happened to customer service in this town I Grow up in this town and ever since. The democrats took over customer service has gone downhill.

Great pharmacy. They have always been very friendly, helpful and respectful. They are also very quick. After having bad experiences at a different very large pharmacy in town, this place was a nice change.
The store itself is also fun to shop. Great make up section. It's sometimes hard to get your points to work correctly with online coupons, but that's not the fault of the employees, but more in the company itself.

Great pharmacy. They have always been very friendly, helpful and respectful. They are also very quick. It's sometimes hard to get your points to work correctly with online coupons, but that's not the fault of the employees, but more in the company itself.

This is a Great Walgreens. I’ve been to every one within 50 miles & this one has the most helpful, friendly staff. I’m there several times a month and never encountered any rude employee!

Scrips are NEVER ready when promised!! Called twice to check on pick up time and was told twice that it would be ready anytime after 11:00amArrived at 11:20am and was told that it would be another 20 minutes. This is after I drove in very inclement weather!!Had to go home without script!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I completely understand being short staffed I really do. This location is notorious for being inefficient, pharmacy staff is rude and not empathetic. Go anywhere else

Some of the Pharmacy employees are not very helpful. On more than on occasion they refused to be helpful or explain the situation. Prescription out of stock, no partial fills and refused to check to see if they could get it from another Walgreens. I will be moving my business elsewhere. They need to understand that when you trust a Pharmacy with your health and medication they need to treat you better.

I am not too sure what it is with Walgreens Pharmacy employees but it seems that you have to be miserable to get the job there. Every single person I encountered during my time at THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY was very passive aggressive and rude. No care for the customer whatsoever. I recommend every one who sees this to go across the street to Meijer. They do it right there.
