Pharmacy staff are awesome but they need more help takes FOREVER to get your medications.

I waited a week and half to have a prescription to be filled and never heard anything. When I called to check the status today, they told me it had been ready and was waiting for me to pick up. When I arrived later that day, I waited a half hour in line just to be told that there was no prescription for me to pick up and they were too busy to fill it.

I hate coming here. They are always clearly understaffed and everything takes 10 times longer than it should. I spent 16 minutes waiting on hold just to talk to a person in the pharmacy. They told me to give them 30 minutes before it's ready. I came in at the time they told me to come in, and then spent another 30 minutes in line waiting. When I get up to the window they tell me that they haven't even started processing it and that it will take at least another 30-45 minutes before it's ready. I'd rather not get my prescription and risk my health than deal with this place again. Currently looking for another pharmacy.

Extremely rude treatment of customers. They were understaffed which gives some excuse but not for this kind of behavior.
