Vince doesn’t seem to like women very much. If I could give him a negative 100 I would. And he’s proud of his bad attitude. Avoid at all costs. Rude. Condescending. Horrible shopping experience. He kept trying to get my husband and son, two wonderful men, to agree with his blatant disrespect of me while shopping. My 11 year old son was smart enough to be appalled at this guy’s behavior. The guy literally kept trying to get my son to high five him while the guy disrespected me. The guy said I should bring in my wedding ring to get it appraised. Hilarious and not going to happen.

Always pleasant!!! Their prices are always reasonable and I always go there to sell my gold. My favorite jewelry shop around! I always find beautiful and unique pieces.

I got a very nice gold and diamond butterfly pin for my wife here. She loved it. Before I went to Vince's, I tried 4 other jewelry stores. A great place for a nice gift.

Very nice inventory. Loved the original sale but on the return the same sale pleasantly was lacking. Just be aware on returns folks.

I bought my engagement ring here with my partner and got a gorgeous diamond ring for under $1000 which was our budget. Vince was super friendly and helpful. I came back six months later to get it shined and cleaned which he didn’t charge me for to my surprise. There’s a wide selection of beautiful rings, and Vince is really knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a ring, necklace, earrings, or any sort of fine jewelry! Thanks so much Vince!

I came in to pick up a bracelet that i had repaired. I walked to the counter and was verbally assaulted by Vince because I didn't park my vehicle inside the "lines" in the empty parking lot. He would not release my property until I parked my car inside the "lines".When I brought the bracelet in initially he said he was surprised to see me after loosing a diamond out of my ring while he cleaned it.. If he hates customers, I'm not sure why he's in business. Plenty of Jewelers in TC that are mentally stable.

If I could leave less than one star for this man I would. If you enjoy doing business with a scumbag who literally is willing to yell at people in front of other customers because he somehow thinks he's infallible then Vince is your man! A misogynistic disrespectful con artist. Never been less satisfied with a purchase.
