My phone was frozen totally. Wouldn't even restart or shut down and my dog is sick and at the vet and I have to have my phone! I was panicked. TOM fixed it!!! He was great and I really appreciated his help (and we talked about our dogs). THANK YOU TOM.

Just got a new phone after 3 years. Love going to this Verizon location. They are always awesome and Tom took great care and attention in making sure everything transferred and was set up correctly. Highly recommend!!!
