Sales staff told me my bill would lower if I upgraded, it went up significantly due to them removing a discount I had. After 6 months of repeatedly calling in to get it fixed and being assured it was, I went into the store. Makayla was initially helpful and said it was getting handled and she would follow up. After a month it was not fixed. I left her a message with no response. A week after that I made an appointment and referenced the ticket. She called back and told me she could not do anything and would not honor her previous promise to release me from my contract if it was not fixed. Makayla was incompetent and I will be leaving Verizon due to my interactions with this store.

So I managed to get scammed via a clever fraud scheme. My fault.It took Robert and Anthony a couple hours of working with me to get things straightened out. They were polite, dilligent, and very hard working. I really appreciated the extra effort to straighten out my account so I could get Christmas gifts out. It was excellent customer service.

I can't believe I'm giving a phone store 5 stars but... I can not believe how helpful the two guys were (Ethan and tall dude sorry I can't remember your name!)Really went above and beyond to help me transfer my contacts, even though my old phone refused to cooperate for like 45 minutes.AND they stayed late to make sure they helped me.Thanks guys!!

Been with Verizon for 20 some years, went to this location to get 3 iPhone 15’s and sign up for a new plan and waited an hour and a half not be helped, because I grabbed my expired drivers license that expired this year. I had my phone on me, 2 credit cards with my picture on it, my check book, my social security card on me and I could tell them every detail about my account. They refused to help me. At check in they should tell you that you need your drivers license or ask to see in then.I use to give them a pin. Never again will I go there

I made an appointment to stop in and get a couple of more challenging items handled. I was warmly greeted by Robin and Dauson. I explained the situation to Dauson and he was able to get me up and going while providing a great customer service experience. This is the way it should be!I'm also recanting my previous 3-star review as I'm always about second chances. Keep up the good work!

Rude! Flat out will not return to this store. Business account I have upgrade and want to know what it was as far as cost and with out picture of admins license won't say what upgrade is........ nothing to do billing adding nothing jus details! No privileged information just details on what the upgrade deal is that's all!.........

Stephen was so helpful, patient, and kind. It took way longer than expected for me to upgrade my phone - like, I was there for hours - and he was incredible. He was creative and thoughtful in his many attempts to transfer all of the info from my dinosaur of a phone and his persistence paid off! Stephen deserves a raise or a bonus or at least a plethora of hearty high fives and a free coffee.

Great costumer service,the store manager was amazing. I ordered ear headphone online, the headphone wasn’t that good so I exchanged it. After that, I tried the second one and I didn’t like it. so I decided to upgrade and purchase a better one. He was very helpful and friendly.
