Iordered a new king size mattress and got queen size for free. The delivery guys were excellent and very helpful setting up the new and removing all the old stuff. I look forward to getting my loveseat in January and would recommend Value furniture for all your furniture needs.

My husband and I worked with Michelle. Not only did she spend an initial hour with me a week prior, but today spent two hours with us while we went back and forth between furniture and was so patient and kind the entire time! Jacob Clay is the absolute man. He was insanely knowledgeable when it came to my specific needs and was very patient in finding the me perfect bed and recliner. He went above in beyond with his customer service. He was very informative of the delivery/pickup process. The man deserves a raise and promotion!!!

We had a great experience buying our sofa! After searching in Gaylord we realized that our options in our price range were limited because of the fabric requirements we needed for our cat who loves to scratch on any woven fabrics. The consultant, Eli at the store was very helpful at giving us many options, and they have a great selection. We bought a the super soft ‘Ravi’ power recliner sofa, and are very happy with our purchase! The delivery team was friendly and the set up was quick! Highly recommend choosing Value City Furniture in Traverse City!
