We have used Universal Detailing two times, and both times they did an amazing job, the vehicles looked brand new inside and out. The price is reasonable and worth every penny. The people there are very friendly and personable. I will definitely use them again and would suggest them to anyone who wants their car refreshed and renewed.

Called late Thursday for an appointment for next day. They Got me in Friday morning. Car looked fantastic when we picked it up. Priced competitively too!! Happy with the work.

This company cancelled twice without notice. I made an 8am appt. to drop the vehicle off for detailing inside and out. I arrived at 8:10 and was told we couldn't be helped because we were 10 minutes late dropping off the car. We rebooked the appt. for 6pm and were called at 2pm and cancelled again because "an employee didn't show up". The owner was was rude and belligerent on the phone - hung up on me when I called to figure out a solution. He answer was that I should, "deal with it". I can't recommend that type of customer service.
