Fantastic experience all around. We had a relatively quick move from New Mexico to Northern Michigan, and I was NOT looking forward to driving a Uhaul truck myself or paying $10K+ for a moving company. Upack was outstanding and the customer service was exceptional and easy. The trailer delivered on time and they delivered the trailer to our new location on the date requested. We over estimated the amount of space we needed, and Upack only charged us for what we used...about $1000 under the estimate. If you're willing to do the packing and loading yourself and want the best convenience, Upack is your best bet. Would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Outstanding customer service from the initial contact to pick up of the trailer. Every staff member with whom I had contact was extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only negative that we encountered was a number of holes in the floor of the trailer and several leaky repair seams on the roof. Fortunately, we saw the affected areas and sealed them ourselves before loading the trailer. They saved me a bundle of money on my long distance move and kept me apprised of progress the whole way. I would wholeheartedly recommend U-Pack!

I ordered a pick-up for a lithium battery the 3rd week of December. The package was not picked up and repeated calls brought repeated excuses. By the 2nd week of January a call to the national service center got the Kalkaska manager on the phone who refused to pick up my 11 pound box because his driver refused to take his truck down the street to my house and couldn't be bothered to walk a few hundred yards to get the small package. During the call, I was offered numerous excuses why the job could not be done, never any ideas on how the package could be picked up.

I was told that the delivery would come between 8:00 and 4:00 p.m. . They never called. At 7:30 in the evening I received an automated call that said they would be here in 1 hour. It's now been 1 hour and 15 minutes and still not a courtesy call. I didn't have a choice. The product that I bought was shipped by ABF. I would never ever use them of my own free will.

They moved my entire House across country and no issues. The semi truck that moved my stuff was fine but unable to contact them on weekends for an emergency situation. They need a Supervisor to handle phones on weekends just incase. I followed the careful packing with blankets and bubble wrap. A lot of my stuff was broken but it wasn't their fault. The Colorado roads were worse than Michigan roads and all those potholes did the damage.

When looking to move a partial house of furniture to send to my son and his family when we sold our home, we found this to be a great option. Especially in a rural area where we don't have many options. The amount of time we had the trailer for packing was great. The communication via text is awesome. Highly recommend!

Easy to contact and if you need to adjust dates of service, EASY! On line set up walked you right through the process. I would recommend due to reliability and ease of use of service.
