We absolutely enjoyed working with Sue Stock. We visited the store 3 times, before making our decision. Sue is genuinely nice, knows her product lines and has the “patients of a saint” as we had multiple questions. Prices are fair and the quality of the furniture is excellent. We can’t wait for our pieces to be delivered. Thank you Sue for giving us such a positive experience!!!

I checked out several local furniture stores before going to Golden Fowler to try out the Fjord recliners. I have purchased all of our furniture over the years from Golden Fowler and have always been pleased. Due to needing comfort in my back I tried several Fjord recliners. All were pretty good but one stood out, the Fjord Stockholm power relaxer. It comes with a battery that typically needs recharging every 3 months or just plug it in without the battery. I just have it plugged in. This is my first power recliner and I love it. It has good lumbar support and an adjustable separate pillow with a weight behind the chair which allows for simple adjustment. It also rocks and pivots nicely. I have avoided these recliners in the past because they are expensive, BUT, for the comfort and quality they are worth it to me. Emma was my sales person and very good. She allowed me to check things out without hovering about. She is knowledgeable and a gentle soul. I will look to Golden Fowler for any future furniture or bed shopping. Thank you Golden Fowler.

After having bought cheap furniture over the years, I decided to step it up and check out Golden Fowler. From the moment I walked in, Emma F treated me like a valued client. I told her my style and she showed me a few pieces that were exactly what I was looking for. I'm very indecisive and had lots of questions about the construction, fabrics, warranty, etc. Emma was very patient and knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly. I was only shopping for a new couch, but because of her fun and friendly service and advice, I added a chair too. She never pressured me or made me feel rushed. I'm glad I chose Golden Fowler and even happier I had Emma to help me out.

We had a very pleasant experience with everyone at Golden Fowler..from Rebekah who really understood what we were looking for and John and crew who delivered our sofa with such care. Five stars indeed!

I visited this store 2 times within a month and as of yet have not had a return email as promised about the price of a Smith Brothers chair. I’m pretty surprised as I even took out fabric samples twice and spent at least an hour in the store each time. I was only one of the two customers at the time. So I guess I won’t be wasting any more time trying to buy here and will head down to the metro Detroit area to furnish my entire new home. I gave you a try but you failed, Terry.

Pretty pricey on most items. Very few reasonably priced items. Ended up buying a $4000 sectional at value city. This similar sectional was over $10000 at Golden Fowlers.
