If I could give 0 stars I would! I witnessed the manager talk to a customer so rudely when she wanted to return a purchase with her receipt in hand. It was so sad to witness. This happened around 9:50 pm on April 26th 2024. The manager was super snappy and impatient. Poor customer service from the manager. It was upsetting to witness such attitude from someone of that title. I could sense a form of prejudice from the manger to the lady within the interaction. I will not be coming back to spend my hard earned money for a company that hires people of that quality. Please look into this person hired as your manager.

Went to target in Traverse City Michigan bought my son a bike for Easter. Coupons clipped everything ready for checkout. I entered my phone number and scanned my bar code. No coupons were deducted.

This is a good store as far as what it carries but they either can’t find or refuse to hire cashiers. I avoid the store because the wait is always so long to checkout. Tonight I couldn’t avoid it, my daughter needed a particular shirt and asked me to pick it up. As usual there was one cashier and a line of around 20 people waiting for self checkouts to open up. Great stuff at target but horrible service at this one. I avoid at all costs.

I don’t blame the store for this, but the aesthetic of this place is terrible and overwhelming. They are trying to be more upscale but as a result, it’s really hard to find the things you need. The clothing section was a mess, the whole shopping experience (that I used to love) is horrible. It feels like corporate is trying to push people to mobile ordering.

I am diabetic and vegan and it is not always easy to find all the groceries I need. I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of produce and the amount of choices Target offers for my needs. The pricing is comparable or cheaper. I have been doing all my grocery shopping at Target. Nice atmosphere, clean, staff is cheery and helpful. Keep it up Target!!
