Isaac was great! I usually choose Chris but he was busy. After all the new phone stuff was taken care of, and he was great at explaining and meeting my needs, I asked if there were any leftover Tuesday presents and got a bag of goodies! All in all a good day for phone shopping

T-Mobile's office staff in Traverse City were fabulous! Logan & the manager greeted me, discussed my provider-transfer request, made recommendations, and promptly took care of me. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely terrible!!! Service they spoke to my wife and I like we were peasants, made disrespectful side comments about my impatience toddler. we now have to drive to the Cadillac store , about 45 minutes further south then we already have to travel. completely disappointed

The home wifi wouldnt work at my house but i still had to pay 50+ dollars for service I never used. ? Stay away from T mobile home internet. Its terrible.

Have been with them for over a year now and always have been treated right, especially by the manager Dave. All of the others are very helpful too. Nick has done a lot to help and when Ron was there, he did everything he could for me as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service and to be treated with respect.

Dont ever use that store. They will not explain up front costs will say it is the same while doing a bait and switch for some 20% off plan, but who in their right mind would agree to higher costs for a discount, then you dont get access to billing or account info for 30 days and no reciepts but electronically that you cant get too nor download nor supposedly store cant niether. When the billing numbers do come and are wrong, no help from that store but a big run around of nothing, they tell ya stuff and also dont follow thru. Then they will ban ya from the store after 16 days of inquiries and doimg what corporate says to do when you get thru. Yep the banning has been going on as far back as sept i believe. Dont be disabled and have a rep go into store to try and have a clients pin set they will accuse you of hacking and boot ya out of the store, yep happened to a rep also at local disability network facility. Corporate did finally get straightened out so far, will see on billing soon hopefully but we are going to drop them. Run as far as you can from that store and dave the manager period. I wont go on about a client still waiting on home internet scam and second phone line that they been waiting on answers for over 7 days but hey tmobile has their money. As i was told by a police officer cheaper is not always better. So if you have a disabilty or dont want to be profiled and scammed then i would steer clear OF THE ONLY TMOBILE STORE IN TOWN. Would review a zero if i could and will upload all the logs and docs and mileage logs to the store in the near future.

The people are great , the service is horrible, as I understand that we're two miles away from a tower and we have no reception , people can hear us but we can't hear them
