Be aware that the chances are good if you bring your Suburu to Serra it will be more broken when you pick it up than when you brought it in. The service manager is a very caustic vindictive person who is never wrong - you, the customer are always at fault and no nothing and always wrong. We brought our Outback in because the driver window didn't work and the tailgate worked sometimes but not always. They call to say the window was not covered under warranty! After paying over the phone with credit card - they wouldn't proceed without payment up front, they supposedly fixed the window. But then the door lock wouldn't work and car alarm went off every time we opened the driver door. And the tailgate still wouldn't work. The manager's response to tailgate "you didn't purchase that package". Well it works 75% of the time, so that was a lie just to get out from having to fix it. The return to fix the door lock was met with more "what did you do to cause this" discussion. She was more concerned with payment than fixing it. She is probably the rudest person I've met. When we finally picked up the vehicle she practically threw us out! I've attached photos to show how they left the vehicle.

I've always hated shopping for a new car, but that changed since working with Sean Leach at Serra Subaru/Toyota. Sean is professional and knowledgeable, and exerts no pressure during the buying process. His communication and follow up is exemplary. I highly recommend Sean if you're considering a new purchase.

I found a used car I was interested in and called for a test drive. Sean Leach helped me and arranged the test drive. Loved the car and they had it priced reasonably. Sean helped me buy it and took care of everything! Honestly, the whole process was effortless. Sean explained all the features and even helped get my iPhone connected. Nice guy. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
