Nice selection of items and good prices, however staff is rude particularly the person with purple hair. I walked in and three people were standing around near the registers talking very obnoxiously about sensitive topics, such as suicide and mental health, and saying disrespectful things about people with autism. I was so uncomfortable that I put down my items I planned to purchase and left the store. There is a time and place for everything and those conversations should not be held in such public spaces.

We will never be back. I’ve never been more uncomfortable in a store. 2 sales associates followed my every move assuming I was going to steal. I’m beyond offended and we will never be back. Maybe the owner or manager has some mental issues as I see I am not the only one that has commented on their strange behavior. There merchandise is also complete junk.

Great selection that changes often, and staff is always friendly and helpful without being pushy. I get so many compliments every time I wear the clothing items I've bought here!

I go to traverse city almost every two weeks with my mom to go shopping and this used to be my fav store in TC until I realized that now when I started coming in the employees were following me and watching me like a vulture.but the reason I'm never going back is because a couple months ago I went by myself and bought a small clay whistle and the woman putting it in the bag dropped it behind the counter and it shattered. I demanded my money back and she began saying no refunds and that it wasn't her fault that it broke. I had already paid so I couldn't just choose not to give her the money now so I ended up leaving the store and never going back and I expect an email sent to me or a reply offering my seven dollars and fifty cents back

Love the selection, but the managers don't care about what the reviews say. Read about all the ways customers have been mistreated on here. You take bags that have medical supplies away from your customers. You scream to greet them and scare them when they walk in. Nothing about this store is sensory-friendly for us neurodivergent people, and they're generally just ableist, rude, and pushy.And do you know why they take your stuff, watch you closely, call security a lot, and assume everyone is stealing or getting them in trouble? It's because they don't have cameras! The only one in the entire store (when I worked there, right after they moved to the bigger store location,) is at the time clock computer, and isn't even on most of the time. All of your problems can be solved with more cameras, and then you wouldn't have to treat everyone like absolute garbage anymore! I was fired from there partly because I refused to yell at and be rude to customers (I tried to explain the problems mentioned above, but again, the managers there just don't care,) but mostly because of my disabilities. My physical disability (which wasn't completely diagnosed/treated at the time,) wasn't affecting my work much, but my anxiety, PTSD, migraines, and sensory issues (which I now know are mostly from my autism,) were affected by the loud and negative atmosphere, and rather than help me with accomodations like I asked them to, I was fired. I got accused of stealing even though they checked my bags and there was nothing in them. The manager jumped to conclusions when she saw me touch a bracelet because I was considering buying it. I guess she thought I took it even though anti theft measures are in place at that place. I was banned for life despite mall security finding no reason for me to be. The lady who I assume owns the place is paranoid and racist and I'm glad I'm banned because I wouldn't go back.

Katie and the girls are all amazing. Very pleasant and kind. And knowledgeable on the product. We shop there at least every 3 months. 5 stars from this family.
