Glorified air mattress that loses air now and it's not covered under warranty so $150 invested in the bed that I spent $4,000 on and have never really been happy should have returned it within the hundred days was back and forth on it stay away from these beds not worth the money.

We bought a new i8 bed from Casey,she was wonderful to talk to and sold us a wonderful bed. My back feels better after two nights.

They do not stand behind their product. Beware the warranty. Our bed is just 3 yrs old and having to spend more money on the mattress cover which ripped from the magnets. Poor design and you will end up continuing to invest in repairs because the so called 15 year warrant prorates at a ridiculous rate. I would not recommend anyone buy a sleep number bed. So disappointed.Also, the new mattress covers with the magnets I must purchase have a 30 day warranty THEN they drop DOWN to the prorated percentage of my ORIGINAL warranty on the bed.Response to Sleep Number (owner)The first year I would have never considered that I needed to inspect the underside of the matress cover to see if the magnet was tearing out of the cover. For all I know it could have started tearing within the 1st year. I'm not going to argue the point. I like my bed just don't feel the company stands very well behind the product for the price paid.Also to put a brand new matress covering on and then drop the warranty on it in 30 days down to the beds orginal purchase is not reasonable. But it is what it is - I have no choice.The techs that came out were great.

Worst investment ever. 10,000 bucks for a glorified air mattress. Wake up sore as heck every day. I definitely do not recommend this bed for anyone.

From the moment we walked in the store, Zach gave us his full, friendly attention. Wanting to replace our 20-something year old Sleep Number, we had lots of questions. Zach was able to answer each one with knowledge and patience, as this company has come so far since our first purchase. We left the store happy, with four bags of accessories and the promise of delivery in a few short weeks. We drove 2 hours to talk to someone, and would gladly travel farther for Zach’s customer service. Sleep Number has a star in their midst and we hope they realize their good fortune.

As Larry said we take great care of our customers! And boy is that true. We got to the store just moments after closing and as he was leaving he noticed us. He came back in to help us and we were able to make our purchase and fine just what we are looking for. We have recommended sleep number to a couple of folks who have been over the moon about their new bed. Thank you sleep number Traverse City and Larry for making it happen.

Unorganized salesman: had difficulty logging into the demo app, didn't give us the option of adjusting for ourselves to explore functions. Overpriced products (double the price of a high-end mattress and adjustable frame system). We were told we'd need to buy our sheets from the manufacturer (at an inflated price). Annoying follow-up contacts after getting quote. Store was clean and well laid out.

My wife and I tried every store in town, but our experience at Sleep Number was next level!! We worked with Zack the manager, and he helped make the overwhelming bed shopping process easy and seamless! We are SO excited to take delivery of our sleep number bed ???
