I’ve bought two pieces from Silver Fox for my wife and she has loved both of them! But it’s the service that really sets Silver Fox apart. We had been in the shop a few months prior to our anniversary and my wife had her eye on a necklace. I call the store and worked with Kirstin to determine if they still had the piece. She texted me photos and we finally identified it. Her recommendations for a chain were spot on. My wife was completely surprised. Will stop by again when we are in TC!

The jewelry here is absolutely stunning. Numerous types of stones swt in earrings, bracelets, and necklaces & pendants. Elegant lighting. Displayed nicely. If you want to know where the stone you like is mined. Ask them. They'll give a little history. Very nice jewelry shop. Support small business.

Outstanding customer service! I bought a pair of earrings on a girls trip and they broke about a month later. I called the store to see if they could do anything, or repair them. Kirsten the manager said I did not have to send the broken ones back & that she would send me out a new pair! That’s what I call excellent customer service! ????????

My partner and I came in over the weekend, to pick out some wedding rings. We were looking for something a bit unconventional and we were blown away by the huge selection of artful and unique rings. The employee who assisted us almost immediately picked up on our tastes and made great suggestions; She even pulled out new inventory that wasn’t on the shelves yet. The entire experience was great!

Wouldn't accept a return. Claimed the ring sold was Sterling silver and turned green the very next day.
