“While it is dying a very slow death, the shops that are clinging to life seem to be holding up well. Larger stores aren't fairing as well as the smaller ones, though. It will be interesting to see how it all lands out in the end”

“We took a tour of the inside/outside of the facilities. Tour Guide Joe was excellent. He shared his personal experiences dating back to when he was in grade school and visited the facility through the closure of the facility. He also had tremendous knowledge of the history of the hospital and talked about how treatment has changed over the years for the mental illness. He was very passionate about ensuring we all understood the significance of this facility and how things have changed for the better. Touring areas that are normally off-limits was exciting as well (steam tunnels, older buildings not yet renovated, etc...). Definitely dress warm and wear boots if you go during the winter time. Well worth the admission!!!”
