“Ordered a pair of shoes from the Mishawaka, IN location bc they didn’t have my size in store & the sales person didn’t put my correct address in. I went back the next day to try and get it corrected they were no help besides giving me my tracking number. Which they could have called the location that the shoes were sent out to resolve this issue but they didn’t do that they left it to me to figure it out. So I called the location in Escanaba, MI talked to a guy name Gavin was a real big help. He took the time to find my order & change my address. Shout out to Gavin! I appreciate you!”

“Thank you Bill and staff for help with my faulty pair of Birkenstocks. I purchased a pair of big buckles last Memorial Day weekend while in town visiting family (TC native and now Floridian) and the straps fell apart (pin came undone that held straps on), and I reached out to Birkenstock since this would be an issue for the manufacturer. After I received a ridiculous response from Birkenstock denying that it was a manufacturer issue, Bill Golden emailed me and had me ship them back to the store and took them to get repaired and sent back to me.
