“Previous ownership/management a handful of years ago was sooo bad that I actually went out of my way NOT to go to this location. Since the new owner took over (I think it’s been about 4 years now), I won’t go anywhere else! The entire staff is fantastic and the owner is onsite multiple times a week. Always smiling, always happy to help, even with grumpy customers.”

“I had an issue with a delivery needing a signature, and I had no way to be home for it. The sender placed some strict restrictions on the item, so I couldn't have the delivery address changed or even pick it up at a drop point. I HAD to sign for it from my delivery driver, no exceptions. I managed to get a hold of their dispatcher through the main UPS number, and they held my item at the hub for me to pick up AFTER HOURS! I was so thankful!!! They did a great job!!”

I emailed the label for the item I needed shipped and it was waiting for me when I got there.I needed a specific box and had to double box, tape and ship a certain way and the man behind the counter was exceptionally helpful and kind.Yes, I recommend this place!”
“Short, friendly stop. The scanner almost didn't read my label, but the gentleman worked his magic. Best part is, the lady at the next desk could get the other reader to work, so after watching this gentleman's magic, she asked him to work his magic on the other scanner as well”
