If I could leave no stars I would. I paid at the pump it charged me $50 out of my account. Like most pumps do. The pump only let me pump to $2.50 and then it forced shut off even with my hand on it. I only had $50 for gas so that kind of screwed me. I went in to tell them what happened after already calling the bank and being told how the charge went through okay so there was no issues on their end so it was an issue with the pump, but they’d do what they could to change the charge to what it actually was. The lady at the pump stood there and told me how “there is no way there was an issue with the pump”, “maybe if my hand had been on it” (which it was) and so many other things instead of actually trying to figure out why their pump would’ve force shut off. I go outside after having to PAY FOR GAS AGAIN. Made sure to get the receipt that time. And the person at the pump next to me knew exactly what had happened said it had happened to their friend JUST LAST WEEK. They don’t care that the pump force shuts off and screws people who might immediately need gas and need to get going over. They will blame anyone else to avoid having to fix their pump. If you’re on a time limit and don’t have time to go inside but your can only afford to pay to fill your car once avoid pump #1. It auto shuts off every few seconds and won’t turn back on if you prepaid with a card.

You just replaced the pumps and there is no receipt paper for payment at the pump. Whose Jay Oh Bee is it to make sure the pumps have paper? If I wanted to get a receipt from the clerk I would have paid for my gas inside. Is this a SOP for Shell stations? The Shell station down the road is the same. Do your job.

I stop in everyday on my way to work. Let me just say the group of people that work there now is top notch. This place has really shaped up from what it used to be.Keep it up! It's a lot cleaner and friendlier than it used to be.

I had a worker come and tell at me for sitting in my car letting my gas pump when I prepaid. which is fine. I got out of my car. then she proceeded to light up a cigarette and do the trashes by all the pumps. if you ask me that I'd a lot more unsafe than sitting in my car while my gas pumps. just would like more common sense used by the employees, especially if they are going to come around policing people.

After 3 times in a row still having to go inside for a receipt. Asked cashier if they ever fill them, most rude person I ever encountered. Female at 4pm on Friday 13th

Better drink selection than the other shell just up the road.The store has a weird ... old unwashed bowling alley... feel to it.It might just need a remodel, or they need to clean better, I'm not sure.
