The manager or owner not sure which is a POS just witnessed an employee doubled over needing to use the bathroom and he walked out got a drink the employee asked if he could cash me out he completely ignored him and went in his office .... this is against the law BTW

Went in at 7:30am ish on Tuesday April 16th. Walked up to the counter and a larger female employee middle age stops what she’s doing and goes “of course” while smacking on her gum, walks to the counter and rolls her eyes “what you want” “I said sorry, didn’t mean to disturb you” and I walked out! So rude and made me really never want to go back there again.

Over the last week I have stopped there several times and each time there was a young woman cashier (very large woman) ... every time she was eating a microwave sandwich, large soda and a candy bar. She kept licking the sauce off her fingers as she was operating the cash register. Not a very pleasant sight to see.

Stop allowing your employees to work when they're sick. My husband is now sick as a dog and gave it to me. He went into the SAME gas station as always, went to the same person as he always does and the guy was as sick, complaining of body aches and that's when we knew where we got it from. My husband works at a plant. No one from work was sick and we don't go out and socialize. Give your workers the ability to feel like they can call into work. We'd rather pay for extra for gas and go elsewhere than get sick where WE lose hours

Shout out to this Shell gas station for putting my faith back in humanity. I forgot my lunch at home today and realized I also didn't have any cash or my debit card with me. I did however, have apple pay with $11 on it. So I went in today to get a drink and a snack but my Apple pay would not work. No matter what we tried or how many times we tried it wouldn't work. I stepped aside to try to figure out what was going on with it and fix it and after what seemed like an eternity I still couldn't get it to work. The two employees who were there showed great compassion and said they would take care of it and handed me my drink and snack. I went out to my car and just cried because nothing like that has ever happened to me. Every company NEEDS more employees like these two. I go to this gas station quite a few times every week and had never seen them there before. I hope I see them on future trips to let them know I will pay it forward for them and their act of kindness today will not go unnoticed. Thank you employees of Shell!

Pricing is incorrect(I run into this quite a bit)which nothing is done about, advertising sales are either old(no end date). Found moldy muffins. All around I don’t like this place.

Gas up at least 5 times a week. Going to start going somewhere else. Coolers are always empty. Clerk has multiple notes up telling customers how they should act. Horrible customer service

Beware price gauging owners no reason for gas prices to go up price per barrel is the same as it was when it was 2.20 crooks owners should be charged with a crime!! Tourist don't use this price gauging gas station cheaper stations near by!!!!
