Extremely disappointed in the treatment I received while interested in an Escalade. As a current owner of an Escalade, I inquired about one on your lot. Salesman James S contacted me. After a brief conversation I explained to him I was very interested in purchasing the Escalade. James told me to send over photos of my current 2018 Escalade, to be appraised for a trade in before a purchase price could be discussed. (I was from out of state). I did this as well as asked if I could put money down on the Escalade. I was informed it was not necessary until the appraisal came back. I inquired three different times throughout the week and was told by James that he was waiting for the appraiser to look over the photos I emailed. After a week I received a text from James telling me the Escalade was out on an extended test drive and was probably going to be purchased. That is the last contact I had with James as well as this dealership. Very disappointed with how I was treated and wonder how many more times this has happened to perspective buyers? If you did not want to sell me a vehicle from the start you should have been honest and told me so. I was willing to drive 6 hours for that vehicle.
