To the people who give a rats a** about people living in a storage unit. Don't you have something better to do like put a hose from exhaust to window on car? Leave them poor folks alone.

The worst in town. NOT secure most of the time, over-priced, dirty, inadequate facility. The owners should be ashamed.

GHETTO! Bugs in the units, security gate rarely closed if at all, light doesn't work, paint peeling etc... Reminds me of growing up in Detroit

Why would you let homeless people use these as apartments? I saw with my own eyes, a couple living in one with a bed, TV, gas heater, microwave etc...unsafe! not legal!

Don't waste your time, or risk the loss of your belongings. Or how about your safety? Idk how this place is still open, I honestly don't. Just look at the photos, they tell you all you need to know. Security seems the inappropriately word in this business. I think any good reviews are posted by "someone" trying the help the ratings. Homeless people live in some of the units, and the owner is fine with that, if not defensive even. Don't leave your car running, or go into your unit without checking out your surrounding. Very scary.

Only reason I'm giving them a star is because I have to and because they were the only ones with a larger unit available in Traverse City. There are homeless people living in the units, who if you come around sunset or after dark will stalk around and sometimes threaten to take your stuff from you. Given that this place is called ''security" storage, seems counterproductive. This is more expensive than others around town and obviously the gate does nothing to keep out unwanted guests. A unit five down from us caught fire three weeks ago and they still haven't cleaned it up or turned the power back on. It's also severely disconcerting to have this place catch on fire while all of our belongings are stored here. As soon as we get the chance, we'll be finding some place else to go, we do not feel safe here.

Exactly what I needed. Something basic and no frills just to store some furniture for two weeks between moving. They were easy to work with and gave me a great deal, being really flexible since I didn't need a full month. Turns out I forgot I left a few things in it and wasn't getting billed since I had pre-paid. They were super cool and understanding about everything. It's an economical option for items of minimal value that don't need any bells and whistles. They do have a security gate and cameras on the premises.
