Went in for a simple alignment issue and got the 5 star treatment. They do an overall inspection including pictures. Invoice/quotes are texted to you and are very easy to understand. Fantastic care in their work and made a huge impression.

Excellent service; staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. As a woman who knows nothing about vehicles, it is very intimidating to have to take one in for service. Everyone was patient and very informative while diagnosing and explaining the issues and the parts that needed replacing. Pricing seemed very fair to me. All issues were resolved and my vehicle is driving great now!

I've known Mike for years before he opened his shop. I am super excited for him and his business to have a storefront now. Mike does fantastic work. He is honest, upfront, knowledgeable and I will always recommend him to anyone for all repairs big or small. He is meticulous in his work and his quality speaks for itself.

Went in for rear brakes, calipers and rotors. Was quoted about 650 and when I went to pick up was told 710, I showed them the original quote and they matched that and forgot to remove something that caused a grinding noise and had to take it back in. They seem pretty fair but that price fluxation made me weary of them.

I took my 2005 Honda CRV in to Revive Mechanical Repair with significant engine problems including lack of power and misfiring cylinders.They started work on it when they said they would, completed the work the same day and the car ran great when I got it back. 200 miles later, on my way back home to Ann Arbor, the car started misfiring again.I called Brandon and told him about the problem, that I was aware that auto repair is not an exact science and was not calling to complain. I asked if he or his mechanic had any advice as to what I might try next. He spoke to the mechanic that worked on my car, suggested a couple possibilities and then said he would refund me the diagnostic fee and labor total of 255.17 for my job. I tried to talk him out of that much of a refund, but he insisted.I'm 72 years old, ran my own business for forty years, and complain often about the absence of customer service and integrity in today's business climate.Today was a good day!Thank youService: Auto engine diagnostic
