We hired Brandon to transport a hoist downstate. He strung us along for over a month, communicating just enough to make us think he was going to do it on the planned date. He did not, and he ghosted us. What a waste of time.

I would give 0 or negative stars if I could. We purchased a brand new dock and wheel kit from Brandon Oaks from Pure Harbor. The wheels and kit ($700) were too large for the water depth. I was told there are no returns, but he could sell them for me. This was 3 years ago and now will not return my calls, texts, emails or Facebook messages. We will be bringing authorities into this situation as Brandon and this company lies and steals. He was very involved and communicated well when purchasing, now nothing. Do NOT work with Brandon or his “company.”

They put up our dock in the spring. They were very responsive and we discussed buying a new dock for next season. They put in our dock but left out some of the pieces. They told me they’d come back to install them at some point during the summer but we never heard back. It wasn’t a huge deal honestly. We needed our dock taken in for the season and we have called, texted, and emailed non stop since August and have heard nothing back. We are now trying to find anyone we can to take our dock in for the season. Do NOT use or trust this company.

Take your pick of what not to like, lies, poor communication, etc. worst company I have ever dealt with. Finally got our money back after filing a police report and posting the truth on social media.As other people have said, run don’t walk away from this company. We were contacted by several disgruntled customers.

This is a very courteous and honest family business. I was looking for some specialized dock parts. They knew exactly what I needed, found them and gave me a very fair price on them. I am looking forward to doing business in the future.

We had the worse experience with this company. They were suppose to detail our boat. We dropped it off and Brandon told us that it would take 1 1/2 weeks and it would look brand new. We were very excited. 3 weeks past and we called several times, leaving text and voice messages as we hadn't heard anything about our boat. He never responded back. After 3 1/2 weeks, we physically drove down there to see where he was in the detailing process of our boat. HE HADN'T EVEN STARTED I

Very impressed! Micah and the crew did a terrific job. Polite, professional and so fast! My shore station dock is HEAVY and their crew had it completely installed in about 20minutes. Still in disbelief. They went above and beyond and even offered ways we can improve things next season. Thanks to Pure Harbor, we're ready for the lake!

RUN, don't walk away from this business. They like to schedule service, take your money and then screw you over. I would not even drive by their office after my experience. They love to prey on people. They are atrocious!! And they love to try and have your honest reviews taken down on YELP too.
