I was looking for a car, knew pretty much what I wanted. Lucky me got the nicest salesperson ever! Marie is the best, she wasn't pushy, like other places tend to be. She went above what I've ever experienced buying a car before. I had to come back the next day to pick the car up, driving from Roscommon, she offered and really wanted to pick up coffee, food whatever I would have wanted! That was a first iny experiences buying vehicle's. If your looking for a new to you vehicle, I would hands down recommend Price Point, and ask for Marie! Marie if you read this Thank You much for the most enjoyable experience I've ever had!

Purchased a vehicle from here, was promised that they would pay for the fixes needed on the vehicle. After two months of waiting I was told that they are no longer going to fix the vehicle so now I’m stuck with a vehicle that needs parts soon. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle here or at any affiliated stores.

Shout out to Taryn.
For a while I was in search of a vehicle. And I found one that I was interested in although when I came in I found out it was sold. But then I got to work with Taryn, who spent so much time with me in order to find a solid vehicle. Boom. We got it. I am so very grateful for this car and grateful for being able to work with someone who was willing to make the time to make it happen. Very good car and comfortable. 10 Stars! To anyone considering a quality used car and perhaps dreading the process, we would like to convey our satisfaction with the professionalism displayed by our sales person Marie at Serra Price Point in Traverse City.
In this day and age of self directed internet searches transforming the role of the “professional sales person “ in so many facets of society, it was refreshing to find and work with someone like Marie, who made time to listen, research and deliver the goods.
Our first meeting with Marie was on a Saturday 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close. We discussed the features and attributes we were looking for in our next car, and she even let us take a short test drive in a jeep that might meet our needs. We wanted to look at other vehicles, but as it was closing time Marie took our information and promised to be in touch on Monday with a few more options. She found a few, and we narrowed it down to one we thought was perfect. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and the Serra Price Point team were kind enough to send the car with a driver to our home so we could take it for a test drive.
That was above and beyond what we expected !
We appreciated the tangible ways Marie worked proactively to ensure that when the time came to make the deal much of the preliminary paperwork was completed in advance. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was positive, friendly and customer focused. We found Marie to be a great listener, an effective communicator and a kind and friendly person who made the whole car buying process efficient and positive. Thanks again Marie for helping us find the perfect Jeep!

We walked on the lot in hopes of scoping out a few vehicles we saw online. Tim Richards greeted us and let us take a few for a cruise. Tim was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we felt taken care of. He was able to appraise my trade-in quickly before the end of the business day. The complete purchase cycle was efficient, thorough, and fast! Within a week, I was driving my "new" certified used vehicle off the lot with ease!

After finding the vehicle I wanted, I needed more information. I was able to chat. Then got a phone call the next day to follow through. My sales person was friendly, helpful, experienced, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I highly recommend this business.

Last lap of a lifetime, was even told by an employee who opened the door for me, she said “red carpet treatment!” I was astonished that they train their current employees to treat customers as royalty. Just the way I was trained back in the days when I worked for them. I worked for bill marsh for 10 years before I went back to school to make a career change. However I took their customer service training to heart and still use their methods to this day. I love this company and I will miss them dearly.
