There's literally no reason to bank at pnc if you were a traverse city resident period i've been with them since the mid nineties period gone through multiple name changes. Their ATM is broken one out of every three times I'm there. There's only one branch in town. Today is the last straw. I'm going to Forefront Credit Union

It is really sad watching the bank I've used for personal and business continue to fail. The branch that serviced the west side of town closed down. Constant limits on account usage. Doesn't open till 9pm. If I have to drive across town to just use the bank and they are not even open or able to do what is needed, then it's time to explore alternatives.

I had an issue with my account today and Kyle was extremely helpful. I am very thankful for him and the great staff at PNC! I regrettably forgot his name, however I was greeted by a gentleman that was extremely polite and kind. It appears that this branch has a solid staff running it!

I went in with a number of time sensitive problems and I was helped in a very quick and efficient manner. Would highly recommend. Customer service was great. They did a wonderful job where many other banks gave come up short for me in the past.

Went on a bank run for my work today and was told it would be a 30 minute wait to get a roll of quarters Not the first time I've had trouble with this bank

Wanted to charge me $450 to cash a check drawn off their bank! Wow! Then even though their is money in my bank to cover the check pnc put a 3 day hold on the check. Just ridiculous

I wired funds to fix an overdraft caused by PNC. They charged me for the incoming wire which made my balance negative again. PNC is the epitome of the soulless big corporation. They will steal as much as they can of your hard earned money.

The front line staff..especially the drive-thru tellers have really been great to deal with over the years. They are genuinely welcoming even in the face of what seems to be chronic staffing challenges during and after the pandemic. However, PNC corporate seems to be doing it's best to push away long time customers. The bank is not even trying to keep up with the recent increases in deposit rates as other institutions are. PNC is quick to raise loan related rates while keeping deposit rates at their pandemic lows. They need to take better care of their deposit customer base...they will need them some day!

Worse bank in traverse city! They litterly are holding my money hostage and feel they can do whatever they feel like! Thank god I don’t keep my actual bill pay account with them I would be screwed, beware of this bank they violate many banking rules

A long standing customer who is trying to access a promotional balance check and id running into all kinds of problems that have nothing to do with my credit. The managers are unavailable, leaving the understaffed clerks to figure it out.

A total of ONE ATM, in all of TC area and its down... atm banking is convenient, when you have an ATM to work with.

I get it's COVID but you should still treat your long standing customers as welcomed guests and not whatever you'd call the experience I just had. I'm sad they closed the branch by the mall. They were more friendly and make you feel like family instead of an inconvenience. Today they wouldn't notarized a document for me that just needed a witness to a signature because it was power of attorney. No big deal... I went to 4front to get it done. Maybe 4front would like the rest of my money and business as well.

I have always had excellent service at this branch and recommend it's use. There are just certain things a full service bank can do over a credit union and PNC does them well.

Very poor customer service & many hidden fees and annoying phone calls soliciting financial services. Switched to credit union and have been happy ever since
