“I choose this pharmacy for several reasons when I required an out of town script filled. I was here for a short vacation and required a new prescription.
They did an exceptional job! They filled it rapidly (right away actuality) and were very friendly. To top off the service bonanza, the pharmacist herself checked me out and after assuring that I had no questions, she presented me a calendar that she had made of when to start and how many to take each day as it required dosage changes! Thank you for your exceptional care of an out of town guest!”
“It's twice the size of my local little Family Fare, but it is well organized, the prices are affordable, and the staff was very helpful. Probably the only drawback is entering and exiting the parking lot. It is a terrible intersection.”

Selection is pretty good, depending on what you're after and how much you need. Our shopping list was simple so no issues finding exactly what we needed. “I was diagnosed with PTSD 14 months ago. I am 39 years old and have been suffering very privately in ways I cannot put into words yet. I had been a patient of Walmart pharmacy in my town many years ago but due to circumstances have been using a different pharmacy. I was prescribed a medication I could only find available at Walmart. Getting my prescription sent and filled was quite a task took 5 days total. I had to call the pharmacy numerous times to update my information and check on my medication. Each and every time I called no matter who answered the phone all the way to the young lady that checked me out, each employee was professional, very kind, very helpful. Honestly had one of their employees not informed me my Physician would need to phone in the rx if probably still be without my medication. I cannot thank Walmart pharmacy and their employees enough! Especially in this day and age customer service no longer exists, I find myself calling other places 4-5 times before you get a person on the phone willing to help and do their job! I'm very impressed and I will now be sending all of my other RXs to Walmart pharmacy. Thank you so much for everythingYour new old patient Harmony ?”

“Summary: Great staff but the order of doing things is whack. The staff is nice and always does their best to be helpful, but I had a prescription called in 2 hours before I went in and I get there just to be told it hasn't even been filled yet and I have to come back when they re open after lunch, that is unacceptable because people have jobs they also have to get to hence why it was called in hours ahead of time. Also they should worry about the line of people in the store before they worry about the drive through. This could also be just because of time of year and short staff.”
“Their drive thru has been upgraded to provide the same speedy processing as the indoor counter as you can enter the birthdate of the prescription person. There is also a POS that accepts contactless payment.”

“The Rite Aid at Chums closed & we got moved to Walgreens Chums corners pharmacy . .I never write reviews but the pharmacy is such a contrast to 30 years with Rite Aid .Totally unprofessional ! .employees seem to not know or CARE about your prescriptions or you .I moved back to Rite Aid at East Front in Traverse City .It is 3 miles farther away but professional prompt service by pharmacy staff & a friendly environment overall .I am sad that most of Rite Aids closed up here! Because they are a far better store & pharmacy ! And Paul our pharmacist moved there so .Win Win !”

“Easy in and out... Once you finally reach a pump. The lines here are ridiculous. Most of the time the savings isn't worth the wait but once you do get to a pump you just scan the QR code, pump and go. If only it didn't take fifteen minutes to get through the line.”
