This is a excellent company very professional and easy to do business with. Our garage was taken out by a huge tree. They were at our house the morning it happened to get the tree cut up and out of the way the same day.

Had a tree split in half and crash down on the house-James came out to look things over, the man knows his trees. Real cut above the rest, so if you're looking for tree removal or tree care, you're barking up the right tree!
Team did a great job with a 'chop and drop', and in my opinion went above and beyond clearing branches off our car and driveway, tidying things up nicely. They were safe and used the right gear, which I as a Safety Lead appreciated.
Their invoice system is pretty great-you see the break down and can approve or disapprove of different jobs and services with the press of a button, then submit it for approval and scheduling. They take aerial photos to mark out trees and fallen branches, then label everything so you know exactly what you're asking for or being offered tree by tree, branch by branch.
I appreciated James walking me through that system over the phone, and working with me to plan out future work to protect our lovely oak trees. Overall solid guy, highly recommend and will be using their services in the future due to his professionalism and expertise!
Final takeaway: If you're pining for good service, they'll leaf you satisfied.

What a great experience. I have used them for my business as well as used them to clear my personal backyard. From the sales team being personable and following up to the crew that showed up listened to my concerns and worked their butts off 5 star all around.

Parshall Tree Service if fair in their pricing and prompt to deliver their tree service. Today we had several trees trimmed and some clearing of new growth to clear our view of the bay. The three young men arrived on the job on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were very courteous and considerate of our needs and those of our neighbors. We have used their service before and they are hands down better than several of the other tree services in Traverse City. Bravo !! Thanks for a Job Well Done.

Extremely nice group of guys!!! They helped us out with an emergency situation, arriving on site quickly and efficiently removing a large tree. Our property was left neat and clean without a single twig remaining. Wonderful professional employees that I would definitely recommend!
