I came in on Tuesday, Sept. 3rd 2024 to order a new brake caliper because my brakes were grinding very badly and that is DANGEROUS. I already had my rotors and pads (not from oreilys) and just needed a caliper. I thought I ordered it in person but the girl at the counter did NOT. It costed me $50 extra to order it somewhere else. I called customer service to “resolve this issue” as the STORE OWNER told me to do, but still no answer after calling 3 times. I’ve waited over a half hour in total for someone to answer the phone, everyone stay away from this Oreilys on Chums Corner!! GO TO ADVANCE AUTO, AUTOZONE, NAPA OR THIRLBYS!!! they are not getting my business ever again and that’s for ANY Oreilys. its a shame too considering their location is closest to me. TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!

Had to replace a battery on a 2008 Mercedes c300, not an easy task. Sam put the battery in and had the best attitude through it all. Highly recommend this place!

Rude people behind the counter, didn't even recognize/acknowledge that I was ready to check out. Both individuals were too busy stuck in a parts catalog/monitor to even say "I'll be right with you" or to the one they were helping to say "excuse me for a moment, let me take care of this person", or even ask someone from the back to check out. 2 minutes and I would have been out of there with my $60 purchase. I left the product on the counter and they were probably clueless why it was there. Auto Zone from now on.
